Anyways long story short my mom was charged $1200 for her ducts and sanitizing for her 700 sq ft duplex. I was reminded about what happened as I just had the ducts done in my 1000sq ft home.... Even had microbial sanitizing and dryer vents done.... Final balance of the company I sued? $300. This company scams people regularly and they don't care... check out the Google reviews. I was not home at the time and the technician confused my wife with the need for more services. These "services" took 10 minutes to do and ended up costing close to $700. I came home in time to prevent a further $500 for disinfecting which would have been another scam. We've had our system cleaned many times by other companies and have never experienced this.
