Take your business elsewhere, and find your Passport by going to the CVS just a mile down the road. By the way, the rules do not state anything about earrings or necklaces, only if your face is obscured which it was not. I am also writing Walgreens Leadership about this and the manager escalated everything instead of deescalating it, so much for her managerial skills.
