I called them on June 11. A day later I receive a call from Christina who was very pleasant and said she would get a quote to me within a day. After 4 calls to them to check where my quote is, I finally receive it on June 18. They had the best price and the following day I asked for the quote to be confirmed in writing. I follow up on June 19 and the person who answers the phones said Christina would get it over to me that day which I never got. The receptionist on all the calls was not a pleasant person to me through this whole process, very short with me. This Monday, still no quote I call and ask to speak with the owner, Glenn Payne. The receptionist stated he wasn't in. I asked for her to have him call me. She said she would and hung up before I could leave her my number. I reached out to the supplier of the shower doors asking for a different dealer in the area who could provide me a quote. The manufacturer referred me to A-1 Glass in Covington who provided me a quote in writing within 24 hours at a better price! Clear View lost a $1,800 sale all because they would not confirm the price in writing. I would definitely recommend A-1 Glass in Covington when you need a price.

After I ordered the windshield I had some issues with my vehicle where I wasn't able to get the windshield installed for months after the fact. Custom held my windshield and then when I needed it installed in Orleans Parish instead they offered the service with minimal fee. Once I scheduled my install The installer alerted me by call and text with accurate ETA so I wouldn't have to wait around and when he arrived he was very professional and finished quickly. I would definitely order any future windshields if needed from CTS.

I have to do this post to inform anyone needing professional audio installation...... This isn't…read morethe place. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!!! I had wires exposed, a radio and speakers mproperly installed and my truck had screws missing where they disassembled my truck parts. After the initial installation I was so out done at the subpar work, I expressed my thoughts to them about the work, dome tweeters installed in the wrong area of the truck(partition between the driver and passenger windows) the treble was directly in your ears you couldn't have a conversation. Also after the install my guages in my Hummer stop working for seconds at a time often and the road hum do to improper grounding and/or filtering was horrible. I thought who in the hell would deliver a $1200.00 install (not including parts) to the customer in that shape. After expressing my thoughts they begged for the opportunity to correct the install, I reluctantly agreed. I was apprehensive for fear of further damage to my truck. After the 2nd install the road hum was solved and the dome tweeter was relocatied directly above the factory dome tweeter, go figure huh!! This is totally my fault for not doing my due diligence, being excited to get the new system installed. I took the truck to a major chain in New Orleans!!! $685.00 later she purrs like a kitten. When you view the installers at TOS in person ask yourself "are these the people I would put my trust in to do a professional job"? GUAGE PROBLEM SOLVED AS WELL. GOOD LUCK, LESSON LEARNED

They had it in stock but they didn't have the kit for it. Well, that was fine because I work 5 days a week in Bogalusa, and I'm on call every other week. I told them I would bring my car on 11/30 to get it done. They had to order the kit--fine. They told my husband they would call him that Monday. Monday came & went-no call. My husband finally went there on Thursday to see what the problem was. The guy behind the counter had no clue who my husband was or why he was there. The owner happened to be there and took down the info and said no problem-my husband gave him $20 for the kit. That was week one. Week two went by with no word from TOS-ok, so we think everything's good. Week three-nothing. They had told my husband to bring the car in between 9 and 10 today. Get up there at 10. NO KIT. They didn't even have THE NAV SYSTEM!!!!!!!! THREE WEEKS You had ONE JOB. GET THE KIT. oh and DON'T SELL MY NAV SYSTEM. Jeez. REALLY??? I called the owner, Travis, and got a line of BS longer than the interstate. He ordered it but it didn't come in. Then...he went to N. O. to get it, but it's my fault it wasn't put in because I left. Then...he paid somebody to get it but I stormed out. One-you had THREE WEEKS...if it didn't come in, SOMEBODY should've called. Two-whoever that waste of skin is behind the counter couldn't find his ass with his two hands and a flashlight. He didn't even try to apologize...in fact, he said NOTHING other than "We don't have it." and Three-DON'T LIE. It's insulting to the customer when you blame YOUR SCREW UP on them. I'm sorry---I don't have ALL DAY to wait for you to run here and there to find something YOU SHOULD'VE HAD TWO WEEKS AGO. Oh-and let's not forget---getting the kit would've been a waste of time anyway--the F'tard sold the Nav system that was supposed to go in MY CAR. NEVER AGAIN.
