Update as of 1-14-22 A few days after posting this review I decided to contact the company by phone to let them know what happened and give them a chance to at least fix it going forward for others. On 1-11-22 I called the gause blvd location several times before I received an answer. When I finally got connected the guy immediately put me hold before I could literally say a word and within a minute I was "disconnected" for no reason. I decided at that point to also post a review to another platform (google) because I felt the local community needed to know of the issue. I received a pretty generic response asking me to call them to discuss the issue while they also brought into question my integrity as a customer by remarking they didn't see my name on their list. Considering I work in construction I am usually away from home during business hours so my girlfriend handles dropping off and paying for things such as this but let's jump to conclusions instead of worrying about a huge issue like this. As of today my google review is mysteriously missing from the public listings so I can only assume they decided to delete or flag or whatever shady business practice they can do. In full disclosure I did edit it today with additional information so maybe that is why but this still seems shady. Also of note the owner went through all of the recent positive reviews on that platform and commented on each one while completely ignoring any negative ones obviously trying to play the algorithm into their favor. I'm guessing they ignore yelp judging by no responses here and the ease to leave actual detailed reviews instead of what's available on google. The idea that by allowing a local business in to my home could have been a safety issue for my girlfriend is horrifying and should never be an issue. I also found out after writing my initial review they when the workers left in the company van they left so fast and recklessly that they almost destroyed my neighbors mailbox and could have easily struck a child or pet in the residential area I live in. This is a complete failure of not only service but private and public safety. Having my girlfriend and neighbors hear grown supposedly professional men fight, argue, and use foul vulgar language in every sentence is embarrassing to me. This could have been a fluke and the rest of the company may be fine but after talking or should I say venting to several people on local social media groups I've discovered this isn't uncommon for the home installation side of the business and I can only assume its being ignored. Do not let these people in your home if you value safety and peace of mind. read more

I took a chance on this place since I'm new to the area even with the bad reviews here. My girlfriend read the reviews off this platform where they were so highly rated that I simply assumed the few here were a fluke. I was wrong. It took forever to get the glass in for my house which should have been my first warning since no one seemed to have any updates on it when I tried to inquire about it. My girlfriend and I called on numerous occasions to check in and the office staff ranged from completely clueless, unable to answer questions about the order, to being straight up condescending and rude depending on which person you got. When the glass finally came in they sent out an employee, Tyler I believe, to do the install who spent the majority of the time on the phone talking loudly about the different ways he would have intimate moments with his girlfriend/wife which is fantastic since I am renting in a quiet neighborhood. Oh, and the order was wrong - the colors didn't match what I ordered but I was told I would need to call the office and have a new one ordered which I had no intention of doing since 1 - I would need to deal with the god awful staff and the ordering process and another long wait and 2 - I would have to deal with either the same installer or possibly get another one that's even worse. The one good thing is this made me finally make a yelp account just to post this so I guess you need to look for the silver linings. If you take a chance on them like I did I wish you luck. Terrible repair of my windshield. Gave a great price to fix a rock chip in the windshield the size of a dime! Half the price of Safelite. I should have spend the extra $40 and gotten it done RIGHT. I have gotten many done at other places, and have always not been able to tell there was even a repair done. Clearview repaired the chip, but it still has the cracks showing. VERY POOR workmanship. They did collect before the job was started. When the repair looked terrible, and I said something, all they would say was the chip was too dirty to repair totally and all they could do was prevent the spread. There was no mention of this before they started the work. To be clear, the chip was there the day before, and the car is always kept immaculately clean. This appears to be a terrible excuse for the bad job. They have lost my business and I will be informing anyone that will listen. read more

We hired the company to replace some windows in my elderly mothers home and I am very disappointed. The experience from the initial call to the install was frustrating because of the rude staff in the office and the snarky remarks from them if I inquired about time estimates. Despite my concerns and worries my mother had used them in the past and had a wonderful experience and insisted we use them again. The installers were very rude and took phone calls on the job that were obviously not work related. There was also wrappers for something called Kratom left under the window area where they installed. The install appears fine but I can not recommend the company based on the conduit of both the in office staff and the installers. read more

I was so pleased that I came to Clear glass get my car window replaced. I got my car window replaced after it got broken. They really know customer service the way it should be. Courtious and friendly. They made me feel confident in them from the start. As a older woman I'm always concerned about service providers. They kept me informed so that I would have no concerns.I got a call when the glass came in and they set up the appoint for installation and the wait time was minimal for installation completion. Had an issue with a Land Cruiser windshield leaking (older model) 3 shops could NOT fix it. Glenn at Clear View glass is old school and knows how to take care of older cars (new cars too).
