There are several spots where the coating is crumbling and breaking away and others that are hollow that will do the same thing very soon. Owner responded to my initial inquiry but after a week and a half has not responded to my request to have him come look at it and see what's going on. It's a bonding issue and likely going to result in the entire job having to be redone with a different quality product/process. Owner said the 1 year warranty has expired and its not his issue.... despite his statement from his website "We stand behind our work and raise the bar on excellence by providing our clients with quality one-of-a-kind decorative concrete solutions. We treat our clients like family and enjoy being a part of transforming their homes inside and out!" I guess he means we stand behind it for 365 days and not a day longer....then you better budget to pay for it all again because that's what is going to happen. There is no zero stars rating or I would give it...if you want something that actually lasts and to only spend your hard earned $ once AVOID this product and service.
