My point being that they were not at all swamped with customers requiring assistance. That said, the persons behind the counter were more interested in telling stories about their personal firearms, etc. and everything else, other than offering to assist me. I was disappointed and offended by the way I was disregarded. Over the years I have purchased multiple firearms from this location, as well as thousands of dollars of optics, accessories, ammunition, reloading supplies, and other assorted gear. However, after this, I do not intend to give them another dollar of my hard-earned money. Although I do intend to suggest to all the shooters and hunters I know that they go elsewhere in the future.
