At the beginning of my massage, she asked me if stretching was OK, what I wanted focused on, and confirmed I didn't want her to step on my back, which I appreciated all of these being asked. She did stretch me with my permission, which was amazing & exactly what I needed. She made sure to also confirm the pressure of her massages were okay with me as well a couple of times during the massage. Some of my friends got warm beds. Unfortunately, mine wasn't and my room was pretty cold. When the blanket was moved from my body, I was pretty cold. This is probably my only complaint about the entire experience. I definitely want to come back if I'm in the area again.

My biggest feedback for them would be to have more info on their website about the pool access and what's offered (towels, robes) and how long we have pool access (it's all day, btw). Before booking, I had to call to get that info; it's be more convenient to add all of that info to their FAQ page. As a 6 days a week gym goer, my body usually ends up being pretty tight and locked up at the end of day 6. I do upper body weightlifting 2 days a week, lower body weightlifting 2 days a week, cardio 5 days a week, and 1 day a week of intense strongman lifting. My body was pretty beat up the day before Labor Day and luckily, I decided to take a chance with Alice. Thankfully I did because my body felt completely loose and relaxed after getting a 2 hour massage with her. She was communicating with me throughout the whole session to make sure if I felt fine or whether I need more/less pressure. I actually felt sore from her massage because she worked through some pretty tough knots. I even told my boyfriend to try her out the next day since he's pretty locked up as well. The experience was the kind that left you not wanting to leave, and if I had the money I would book for several hours. There are debates on the efficacy of it, and I won't engage that debate here. I'll tell you that massage doesn't release muscles like cupping does, for me. User experience varies but this has been the most therapeutic option for Pablo. Found this place not on Yelp, but on a basic Google search because yelp didn't pull this company up for some odd reason. Called them and they accommodated my schedule and got me right in. Worked with leti for 30 and someone else for 30. Can't remember her name but leti...I remember her name. Her hands are strong as all get out. She knows what she is doing. Not that the other girl didn't, just leti was epic. So had my cupping done, got out of there and felt amazing. I try to get this done every couple weeks, despite the bruises it leaves. But the bruises don't hurt. While they look like you have gotten into a epic battle with an octopus, no pain and helps release the tension in the muscles. Call it myofascial release, if you will. It's not cheap. Probably the most expensive cupping place I have been to, to be honest. Most average 70-80/hr but they are 110/hr. Maybe I can swindle them next time as a "repeat customer". I'll do my best, I'm still cheap :) If you've never tried it, it's definitely amazing. Just a massage from Leti I'm sure is amazing. So will I be back? Your shooting straight there Tex, I will.

I used to believe in the whole "no pain, no gain" approach to massage, but she completely changed my perspective. It's not that the work is just softer, it's more effective. Instead of digging into the same knot over and over, she works the connected areas and releases the tension that way, so the knot actually resolves without the whole session being painful. Relaxing during massages has never been easy for me. I usually spend half the time trying not to tense up, but she's the only therapist I've had who can get me to fully relax for the entire session. If you're looking for someone who really understands how the body works and doesn't just go through the motions, I highly recommend her. She referred to herself as tall Anna because, well, she's tall. She's also strong. Like VERY strong. As a 50-something that works out daily, I have some tight spots and some sore spots. With other therapists in the past I would ask for medium pressure and then point out when I needed deeper pressure. They would do their best, but it always seemed like their medium would fade toward light as the session went on and their deep was them putting every bit of weight they could muster into a single spot. This would lead to somewhat irregular pressure, and each visit was different from the previous. Really hit or miss, regardless of the therapist. Not with Anna though. Her medium is a firm, but soothing and consistent amount of pressure and, when she finds a tight spot, she puts just a little bit more into it without breaking cadence. It's a truly relaxing experience. It's going to sound weird, but I'd equate it to driving a car with more than enough power to handle any situation. Where a weaker car has to work as hard as it can to get to and maintain certain speeds, the more powerful car can do it effortlessly and with grace. I've now been back to see Anna four times and each time is just as good as the last. She is the epitome of consistency. It's worth the half hour drive to see her every week. Highly recommended!

It's always clean,…read morecomfortable, the employees are always professional & nice, and you cannot find better pricing (I think it's priced right; not over- or under-priced). Every masseuse has a little bit of a different style too & I have yet to be disappointed. I also had a pre-natal massage a couple years ago & it was one of the best I had when pregnant. I'm always so grateful when I leave, so wanted to leave an updated review!
