His office twice tried to charge me copay's even though I met my maximum out of pocket 4 months ago so dishonest. Don't see this doctor he doesn't care about your healthcare and uses threats. While the office itself is fairly large and on both occasions I've seen a few folks waiting, patients are brought back fairly quickly. The nurse I've seen twice is personable yet professional. Dr. Constant is incredibly thorough, organized and has a great "bed-side manner. He made knowledge pertaining to my thyroid highly accessible to me without ever being condescending. While he is working with a patient, he has someone in the exam room transcribing for him. I believe this allows him to spend more time addressing patient concerns as opposed to documenting. I would highly recommend Dr. Constant for care of your endocrine system.

I would have loved to have come in but I never got notified about this place being open. I came back recently due to their REFUSAL to refill my insulin. They refused to fill my insulin to force me to come in when they hadn't attempted to reschedule my appointment when they reopened! When they refused to refill my insulin I went to make an appointment and it was schedule 7 weeks later. I had to buy my insulin on the open market even though I had health insurance. I was most frustrated because if they had simply told me they were open I would have been in. Do they forget that nearly everyone has phones? They certainly knew I had a phone due to their prior pandemic reminders, and their text message asking me to confirm my appointment earlier today. Did something happen to create an atmosphere of apathy here? Is there some new research that says denying diabetics insulin is helpful? Is denying diabetics insulin the most efficient way to contact their patients? If you're a diabetic with a predictable life then this might be the place for you. But if your life is chaotic I would recommend going to doctor who swore an oath to do no harm. They get two stars because they've done good work in the past. They based concern (as had Dr. Montoya) on less obvious criteria and found 2 parathyroid tumors so pHPT (which is curable thru this surgery when there is no cure for secondary HPT) was the correct diagnosis. After going through many kidney stones and procedures for years, I can't explain how grateful I am to Dr. Montoya and my surgeons at Norman Parathyroid Center!

Was given a order for an xray, went to an advent health ER, and left within 5 minutes because I just needed an xray, and they were going to have a doctor see me. I was charged for a physician I never saw at the ER (Third party contract) Orlando Health has been amazing to both my husband and I. So happy I made the switch.

The doctor here has known me for over 10 years and their staff is pretty familiar with me as well. I always get good quality care that is friendly and efficient. my way to have always been fairly short, which is nice compared to many doctors. I am lucky that my doctor actually listens to me and includes me when it comes to my care. Location is not quite as convenient for me, but it is worthwhile for me to have the opportunity to see a good quality doctor. I've had some pretty good luck with doctors that are with Advent.

He explains the plan to me. His staff does the pre visit vital signs. They have many appointment reminders via text, phone call and email. You can have small procedures done in the office such as ultrasounds and biopsies. Labs are not performed in the office. They will send you with orders for that. My prescriptions are always correct. They send them to the correct supplier. Parking is a small lot behind the building. I've never had trouble finding a spot. There is an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. The stairwell will lead you outside- so that's not recommended. My insurance includes his office, so that is another reason why I go there. I would recommend him.
