She charged us an a crazy amount for a dress she did not fix properly, she even left a pin inside my one breast cup to puncture out and make me bleed. I recently took in my husband's super expensive dress winter coat in.. it needed a zipper that zips both directions. He was a little apprehensive about me taking it in but it looks good as new. I've also taken my daughter's graduation dresses there through the years and have always been completely satiafied. To some it might seem like a bit of a pricey service but you get to keep your favourite cloths longer, they fit better and you're not always buying new clothes. Definitely recommended.
