So not only will you have a fraudulent appointments on top of that you'll get charged double the usual copay. All she needed to do was apologize and own up to her mistake. If at any moment she would have said I'm making this an appointment I would have immediately hung up and wasted my time at an urgent care. It's embarrassing as a nurse to know this is how a nurse practitioner chose to behave and treat patients. Find yourself a provider that wants to help you cause it's not her. Due to standing up for myself as O'Donnell encouraged me to do so, Sarah kicked me out. This was after being told several times they would talk and that Sarah would reach out to me. I've since found a new place that isn't ran by a shady person. He had been on medications that did nothing and we were beginning to lose hope. So this was amazing! The staff has been excellent in getting prior authorizations for this medication and worked with our insurance above and beyond to make it affordable. We have been to many other Doctors along this journey , but Dr Bonner is heads and shoulders above treating the whole patient and encouraging and guiding the family . This was after my initial meeting for an hour with someone about other treatment options who knew nothing about TMS, after which at my request, she instructed the front desk to have someone contact me to make an appointment to meet with the psychiatrist who administers the TMS to get my questions answered and see if it might be right for me. They totally dropped the ball on this . And went ahead and submitted the pre authorization request for TMS all the while telling me that it was not needed ,that the treatment was covered. SO GLAD I found another provider that is excellent and that I avoided this clinic.

My problem: Wife was seeing her former lover who she was romantically involved with before our marriage. The married man even met and spent time with her family before our marriage. She continued the relationship with him during our marriage by texting messages to each other, meeting him, and lied to me about 2 different girls' 3-day 2-night trips. However, the trips were probably to his cabin for 3 days and 2-nights. She denied and lied to me about their continued contacts. All this took place during our marriage without my knowledge. I trusted my wife. I was the last to know. When the lies came up during counseling, my ex-wife told Sharon the issue was that I violated her privacy. My final meeting with Sharon, she discussed how and why my wife needed another outside relationship. How I did not understand my ex-wife. How the problem was me. I am 100% satisfied with then counselors but not very impressed with the professionalism of the content used. I have had the pleasure of two different Instructors and both of them were great. They kept the content interesting while keeping us engaged. Both counselors have shown great levels of empathy and understanding for how everyone is feeling and how each person is managing mentally and emotionally. Although I hope this to be a one time experience and pray that I don't have to do this again, I would highly recommend both instructors Candy and Aline. When it comes to the material provided by the company. What can I say... EXTREMELY unprofessional! The content not only had typos throughout they were also very poorly scanned documents and could not read a lot of it. They also have typos in their written agreements. You think that a company banking $200 a head at 20 people in a class for a weekend, they would be able to step up their professionalism.  Some of the content looked like it was Xeroxed over and over again to the point where the class could not read it and the counselor had to read it. Honestly, how hard is it to have some correct small errors on a document? Even if they do not have an original file to edit, create a new one. It would take less than an hour for one person to do. I would be horrified if this was my company and I saw what poor quality the materials being used. If you are like me, I was not able to pick what company I had to use. If you do get a choice, reconsider! Dynamic Living Counseling, Inc should use a part of this large premium they a charging and reinvesting back into their content and staff. They do charge $50.00 more for the weekend virtual classes than the in person class which makes zero sense to me. They can pack more people into a class and charge more for it. A positive about Dynamic Living Counseling, Inc is that the counselors still get paid the same if there are 30 people in a class or 2. However, I feel that they should get paid more but knowing that they have a guaranteed amount is nice to know. I truly hope whomever reads this at Dynamic Living Counseling, Inc. will forward it along to someone who can make a change. From comments I have heard from other people and my own experiences here, I would say the Owner, CEO, VP's or whoever collects the largest paycheck only cares about that. Collecting a paycheck! I wouldn't be surprised if they were more concerned about collecting someone's money than the actual well being of the client. On the other hand the counselors will go the extra mile. They show care and compassion in their work and interaction with everyone.
