There is ample parking available as well as two 3-level parking garages on the north and south sides of the center. Although a few businesses have closed, new ones will be opening soon.

Built in 2009 it has 51,900 sf of rentable retail and office space over 6.05 acres. There are 243 parking spots. As a resident of the city I have been to this plaza extensively through the years. I have eaten at Santo Buffet Modern American & Sushi many times, picked up fast food at Chicken Fil-A, and had an unpleasant experience at Wayback Burgers. Most recently I was here to visit a brand new Korean market, KOA Mart. Other businesses in the plaza include Pasquale's Pizza Company, Belfort Fitness Lifestyle, C.Colella Dentistry, Miracle Leaf, Passport Preschool, Aero Juice, and Calvary Chapel. In the outparcel there is a Regions Bank. What really sets this plaza apart is the lush landscaping and decorative plants. There are a lot of flowering trees which add beauty to the property. The plaza is well maintained and very clean. They did a great job integrating into Coconut Creeks theme of Butterfly Capital with lots of butterfly friendly greenery.

There was a gal vacuuming at the time we came by. The vacuum was heating up and smoking a bit, so she was concerned. There were also some students or volunteers or young new employees -- I couldn't tell which -- being given a tour of the store as we were there. Both were a bit distracting. They have some inventory that will appeal depending on what you're looking for... they don't have much furniture wise. There's a bit of a bunch of different things --linens, housewares, silverware, electronics, books, clothing etc., etc. Most things are organized together by category. Price wise, it's a mix of decent prices and high prices. They have some of the more expensive items near the counter. We didn't love something enough to buy anything here. But we are still glad we came to check them out.

The Shed Thrift is located next to Ross in the Turtle Run Shoppes Plaza. It is owned by lifelong…read morethrifters, Jean Piazza and Evan Kaplan. At first their inventory was made up of there own items but now everything they sell is donated. I love their mission which is to help animals. The Shed Thrift is a nonprofit that donates its proceeds to various veterinary hospitals in the area to support people on social security or limited income who need life-saving surgeries for their pets. I collect vintage pieces and Shed Thrift had some items like a chandelier and a set of glasses. They also had furniture, appliances, bikes, guitars, household goods, collectibles, books, movie, CD's, clothing, accessories, and more. With the influence of DIY shows showcasing recycling and re-purposing, thrifting is more popular than ever. Thrift stores help people save money and keep items out of the landfill. Shed Thrift has some unique items like a jukebox that you didn't typically see in the local area thrift stores. With their mission to help vulnerable pets, this store is an assist to Coral Springs.

Okay, I'll admit that Town Center at Boca Raton is not as bad as I first thought it was. I may not be coming here blowing my money, but I have been visiting a couple of stores a bit more frequently and there are a few more that have my interest to check out. There are new stores and restaurants opening soon at Town Center at Boca Raton with new stores including Christian Louboutin already open for business. Here's to many more visits.

Came here with friends after a festival in west Boca. It was hot and we could use some AC. Also I…read moreneeded to replenish my MAC mineral powder. We always park in the garage by Macy's in case it rains there's a covered walkway. Perfume staff were highly attentive trying to make a sale. Us gals made our way to MAC and the guys went to Starbucks to get all our drinks. It had a been a while since I'd been here so it was nice to walk through and see all the remaining stores and new ones.

Decent-sized mall in Coral Springs with ample parking. This mall has familiar major department…read morestores like Macy's, JCPenney, and Kohl's, along with a variety of retail shops and a food court. It is a long indoor strip that is fairly easy to walk from end to end. We stopped in for a few quick retail visits and arrived right when the mall opened, which was ideal since it was not crowded and stores were just opening. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. At the entrance, there was security present in a vehicle that patrols the area, which adds a sense of safety. The mall is clean and conveniently has the shops we wanted to visit all in one place. There are multiple directories available at the entrances and in several other areas throughout the mall. While we do not shop at the mall often, when we do, this is our most visited mall location.

This mall is okay , to me it's like the equivalent of the Broward mall just in a different city .read more

Garden Shops at Boca is a 17 acre shopping plaza with 142,566 square feet of retail space located…read moreat the southwest corner of Palmetto Park and Powerline Roads in Boca Raton. it is in between two other shopping plazas, Palms Plaza and City National Bank Plaza. Garden Shops is anchored by a Publix supermarket. Other businesses include The UPS Store, Massage Envy, Publix Super Market, Jersey Mike's Subs, West Boca Medical Center, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Menchies' Yogurt, Bank of America, Starbucks, and Fifth Third Bank. One of my favorite businesses is the new Skillets serving breakfast and lunch. There is a good mix of shopping, dining, and services. The property was built in 1985 but it was completely remodeled in 2010 when it was enhanced with a large Publix and a bougainvillea pergola with benches. A set of pillars signals your arrival into the plaza. It looks to be of the type of well manicured shopping centers you would expect to find in Boca Raton.

People brought chairs to sit and enjoy the music, there was even a couple dancing.

The Walk is a Coral Springs landmark. Completed in 2001, it is a 240,000 square foot mixed use…read moreretail center. It runs two city blocks and serves as a sort of the main street of Coral Springs. The Walk contains offices, shops, and popular restaurants. I visit The Walk at least once a week. Some of the restaurants I enjoy are Chicken Salad Chick, Burger Fi, Too Jay's, and don't forget the ice cream, chocolates, and caramel apples at Kilwins. The walk also has my favorite Trader Joe's, a Barnes and Noble, and Wild Fork Foods. Other businesses in The Walk include a dentist, banking, nail salon, insurance, waxing, and eye care. During the year The Walk holds events and concerts. Every March is the two-day Coral Springs Festival of the Arts. When something is going on parking can be a bit of a pain but normally it is ok. As far as strip malls go, this is my favorite one in Broward County.
