Every error, and they were countless, the agency blames the company and isn't even a tiny bit remorseful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this agency like the plague even if you decide to roll the dice on the company, which isn't much better.

In early December of this year a Subaru showed me no love by crushing/scraping my MiniCooper while we were both stopped at a light in Talleyville, DE. When the other car turned with me to go south, it took off north in a PA direction and I had to call Police to make a statement. Called State Farm and Tom's team told me what to do and in fact talked me sensibly to take my car to a local business to see if they could do some minimal magic as they had a reputation for doing. If that didn't satisfy me/my car situation, a report would be filed and arbragation process would ensue with any repairs done promptly. Turned out to be just what Dr. Tom had ordered as the scratch that was a mile long was wiped away completely and at NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now tell me what other Insurance Agency would help a client to this extent? Love the other guys' commercials, but I have an insurance friend for life.

At the time of the visit, you'll want to look for a kiosk rather than any storefront, like there used to be in some past photos. The exchange rate was a bit expensive and you'd expect it to be not as good compared to getting the exchange in a local country, but at least it's convenient and readily available. This kiosk is nice to have if you're traveling soon and can't wait for your bank to get your currency cash in, but be sure to check that they have the currency you're looking for before showing up. The process of the exchange was smooth and hassle free otherwise, and it's convenient to use if you don't want to go down to Philadelphia.

First of all, the check in clerk (a fill-in during a lunch break) was helping the man in front of me. It took forever, and it was obvious that she was going out of her way to find information that he should have brought with him. That in itself was not the problem, though. I can wait my turn. While I was waiting, though, a man walked in and instead of getting in line behind me, walked right over to one of the windows. Apparently, he didn't have his card, but the clerk, who saw that he hadn't even checked in, told him to come over, he'd help him. Then, when the man in front of me was finally finished, I moved up. When I told the clerk what I wanted, her expression and body language made it perfectly clear that she didn't want to process my purchase. Just then another customer entered and she immediately told me I had to wait so she could check in the person behind me because "this will take awhile." REALLY? I just stood there and waited while she helped the man in front of me and another man bypassed check-in entirely, and she doesn't want to make another customer wait while she rings up my purchase??? Unbelievable. Then the regular clerk returned, the fill-in said "oh you're back" and walked away without a word to me and without telling the other clerk what I was waiting for. I've been a Central Penn AAA customer for many years and have never been treated so rudely.

When I see reviews being extremely critical of a place that has always seemed great to me, i'm sad that they only gave them one chance. if I encountered a rude person I would either assume they were busy, or I'd just brush it off as that person, and not blame the whole companyunless every time I went in there I encountered that person being rude. but, they have always been polite and helpful in my experience over 30-some years. But of course, I don't know the situation so maybe they did encounter one or two people that didn't answer as kindly as they would have liked. The other day I had to call them for roadside service and I was in a hurry and told the dispatcher. I didn't really think it would help because usually most people would say they were in a hurry and probably are, but I was pleasantly surprised at how hard the tow truck driver tried to reach me quickly. It took longer than I expected and he expected, but he got stuck in traffic where a road was unexpectedly closed. I so much appreciated that he kept in touch with me, to let me know why. And I could tell he was frustrated that he couldn't get to me as quickly as he wanted to. So I knew he was trying. This experience was very positive for me, despite the fact that it took a while. But that wasn't the fault of AAA or the tow truck driver. The dispatcher at AAA went out of her way to make my experience a good one.

We had no idea our car was…read morenever actually registered until March 2026 -- because they filed incorrect paperwork, never followed up with PennDOT, and never once contacted us. PennDOT sent our title back to our loan company in October 2024. Kyle's Auto Tag said nothing. We unknowingly drove an unregistered vehicle for nearly two years. When we came back for answers, they blamed us -- despite PennDOT and our loan company both having documentation that Kyle's Auto Tag made the error. No fix offered. No refund. We went straight to Wiggins Auto Tag. Jody resolved the entire mess in 20 minutes. Stay far away from Kyle's Auto Tag. Wiggins is down the street and they actually know what they're doing.
