In early December of this year a Subaru showed me no love by crushing/scraping my MiniCooper while we were both stopped at a light in Talleyville, DE. When the other car turned with me to go south, it took off north in a PA direction and I had to call Police to make a statement. Called State Farm and Tom's team told me what to do and in fact talked me sensibly to take my car to a local business to see if they could do some minimal magic as they had a reputation for doing. If that didn't satisfy me/my car situation, a report would be filed and arbragation process would ensue with any repairs done promptly. Turned out to be just what Dr. Tom had ordered as the scratch that was a mile long was wiped away completely and at NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now tell me what other Insurance Agency would help a client to this extent? Love the other guys' commercials, but I have an insurance friend for life.

My new insurance broker cancelled my previous insurance policy with Kevin Bruce (my previous…read morebroker) so I did not have to do any work. A few minutes after my new broker faxed over my signed cancellation letter, Kevin called my cell phone and left a very disturbing, unprofessional voice mail. He demanded to know why I was canceling my policy with him because he "never heard me discuss with him that I was unhappy with my insurance". I called Kevin back to confirm that yes, it is my signature on the cancellation page and that my policy with him should be terminated immediately. Kevin then made fun of my new agent on the phone with me by saying "how long has this new agent been practicing? He certainly seems new at this". Kevin then proceeded to tell me that I will need to pay a $50 cancellation fee. After hearing of my wonderful conversation with Kevin, my new broker sent my cancellation letter directly to the insurance company. The insurance company ensured that I would not accrue a cancellation fee and terminated my policy right then without question. Please think twice before considering choosing Kevin as your insurance broker. I would not want you to suffer through the same verbal harassment I have received from him.
