After providing her with the exact same information as I had given the other companies, she said she could not provide a quote. Apparently Miller's does not have access to a wide variety of products since I later called another agency and again had no problem getting a quote using the same details. Maybe Kate didn't want my business or didn't want to be bothered on a Friday afternoon. But I found that other local agencies were much more helpful and had no problem finding suitable products for me.

Never did the quotes and then kept asking if I wanted her to run numbers. I was like YES! She said "well I'm just telling you everything is 6 months now, so not sure how much help this will be". I said forget it. You can tell she did NOT want to do her job and run quotes. Had the same thing happen in January with Andrew. I had to call repeatedly to switch my car. I was also told by him that my carrier provided Gap coverage, found out today that was a lie! Do not go here! They are lazy and do not want to work. We will be switching to another agency. I never received any notice of policy cancelation. I didn't realize the cancelation until I received notice from my Mortage company. Additionally, the mortgage Co. notified me of a $700.00 charge for the lapse in coverage. I suppose I was fortunate that there was no damage to the house while there was no coverage.
