I found them in October 2015 and have been amazed with my experience. First of all, they have been totally respectful of my fears and in this short period of time have gained my trust. Some of it comes from them being honest about my treatment plan and I don't feel they are trying to 'up sell'. I've had my cleaning, 3 teeth pulled and one big filling and I seriously can't believe I'm even writing a good review for a dentist. But I have to! I've had a partial plate for more than 5 years from a previous dentist that has never fit properly. With the filling that Nikla did it was on a tooth that the clasp of my partial used. She did her best to fit the partial on that day but because my mouth was frozen she wanted me to come back when it wasn't frozen to have a look. Well it fit about the same as it previously did so I was good with it. But when I went back, her and Clark weren't satisfied with the fitting of the partial. They took their time to get it to fit better and this morning I sent them the following email: "I want to tell Nikla & Clark how much better my partial is!!!! I didn't realize how much better it fit until I went to 'play' with it and found there was nothing to play with. I also didn't realize how much I actually did play around with it in my mouth. I guess I would clench down and then grind side to side and I've caught myself trying to do it but there's nothing to play with. So yeah!!! Thanks for not being just ok with it like I've been, but rather you kept working to improve it." I totally recommend them to anyone... even those like me who USED to have tears before the dentist even walked in. Thanks gang!!!!!

Out of about 10 responses over half were for Love Dental so I went with the odds. This place is amazing! I saw Dr. Spooner for a small filling and she was so kind and reassuring and unlike most dentists let me know what she was doing and what I feel the entire time. It was such a pleasant experience, which I never in million years thought I would say about any dentist, that I would recommend them to anyone! The price was reasonable and all the staff were beyond friendly!

It was so nice to see how close the love dental staff were. It was like family. The girls were very understanding and wanted me to fill out paper work. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!…read more Hard to believe that I can sit here and type such a comment as the above when only a week ago I had my mouth opened up for a 5th wisdom tooth (that had somehow gone unmentioned by my dentist over the past 21 years). I can only assume that the dentist assumed no harm no foul if she is not complaining about it. HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN OTHERWISE ? Well, fortunately for me Dr Shawn Higashi took me on an emergency referral and scheduled me for extraction within a month of that first visit where he said many things but the one that sticks in my head "that is one mother of a tooth". I went into the surgery a little nervous because I was concerned about pain but felt COMPLETELY CONFIDENT IN DR HIGASHI I was right !!! Amazing care and attention Dr Higashi and his Staff were AAA+ I was educated prior to my surgery, and checked on 3 separate times via phone calls to my home (husband) in the hours and days following. I couldn't have dreamed of a more comfortable surgical experience. SERIOUSLY!!!! I doubt I will ever see them again because I haven't any need to, but if I ever see or hear of anyone having oral healthcare issues,.... We know he needs a…read moretooth pulled - how about a quote? 2 minutes in the chair and a $350 bill? you have got to be kidding! About a year ago our son had all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed by this doctor. Right after the surgery, my son still half groggy, I get informed that they ran out of wrap around cold compresses. They were sorry.... Well there we are trying to find a way to apply ice to my son's cheeks. This is BS. A fancy office, lousy service and to top it all off a ridiculous bill. We will be going to the BBB and file a report.
