I was very happy with my choice! The staff was so nice and attentive, very personable and no one tried to sell me on additional services like sometimes happens. They were also very efficient, my appointment was for a routine cleaning and I don't think the entire appointment took over an hour, and that includes filling out the new patient forms. I left their office with very white teeth as well, I really think they are whiter than they've ever been after a cleaning and I had no whitening treatments done. I think they are just talented and thorough! Hard to ask for much more in a dentist!

I liked the other dentist and put off finding a new one for awhile. A friend recommend Dr Sampson because he liked him so much. So I decided to give him a try. I got appointments the same week as I called so I was really happy about that! My appointment was for a checkup and teeth cleaning. I filled out the new patient paperwork and went right back for my appointment. I already knew that I needed a couple of crowns and I told Dr Sampson I wanted them done within the month because I was going out of the country. A few days later, I was back in the chair for my crowns. Dr. Sampson's assistant was quick and efficient and had me prepped for Dr Sampson in no time. Dr Sampson is very nice and was concerned about my comfort and made sure there was no pain involved. He really is very warm and caring. I forewarned the office that my daughter didn't like going to the dentist and that they needed to be prepared. The person who cleaned her teeth was super sweet and was so nice throughout the whole thing. No tears this time! All went well. Afterwards I asked her what she thought and she said she liked Dr Sampson's office better! Yay! Looks like we found a new dentist!

I never pick doctors based on location. I found Dr. Lester's bio and felt like she would be a good fit. I was right. The entire office staff and was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lester spent a great deal of her time with me helping me to understand my options, and made me feel very comfortable. in case the person reading this has been to another type dentist office that feels more like you are at a used car dealership... if you know you know... This is NOT that. They remind me so much of my dentist office back home. I highly recommend!

The waiting area is so comfortable and quiet. There has never been a time where I came and they were too busy or too packed. They are located right off of highway 78 in Forestdale. But, I needed a dentist ASAP because by I cracked my front tooth! I called the next morning and they were able to get me in same day. I was in and out quick, he gave me a great consult and did not overcharge -even undercharged- he also did not do more work to my tooth than necessary. My tooth looks great and I scheduled a future appointment for cleaning! I'm glad I found a new dentist and will recommend to anyone who asks!

I found another dentist and got a lot of work done on my teeth. Since I don't have a dental degree, I generally trust what dentists tell me I should do. I ended up in Dr. Cosgrove's office after all this work and immediately wished I had started here. The staff was kind and went out of their way to explain my insurance coverage and costs before I visited. Dr. Cosgrove took the time to explain the risks and benefits of the treatment he suggested. He did most if not all of the work himself, undercharged me for work he performed, and conversed in a very down to earth way with everyone he interacted with. I think I will switch to his practice: I was very impressed.

It fell out within a week. My lip ( right side,lower lip drilled from inside top to lower bottom) continued to drip blood for 3 hours. My lip now has a BB size lump and is still quite painfull (30 plus days out). No apology. Did not follow up with a call of concern and still charged me!! I wont be returning and advise everyone to take heed!!

New patient process was super quick and simple, they immediately helped me fill out my forms and took me inside. Waiting room and the clinic was super clean. They made sure the treatment was painless and always made sure if I was comfortable. At the end of the treatment they consult me and gave me tips to maintain a healthy teeth. On top of that, after the treatment they gave me a dental kit. It was a great painless experience, I'm glad I found Dr. Brook and already booked my next appointment.

I have PTSD and grind from PTSD. Dr. Jordan called my bottom teeth jagged. She was fixing my top teeth that were chipped. It had nothing to do with my bottom teeth to make that remark.
