We were told that we can file in person without that. FALSE The called us back and told us that the IRS do require us to provide a pin no matter what. With the cost of doing in person vs online was a huge difference price wise. We requested to cancel the service and continue on with what we have been doing 7 years now. 2. We were told that "we will contact our manager in Chicago and she will mail your refund on Tuesday 5 Feb and we should receive it no later than Friday 8 Feb. FALSE 3. Follow up call the following week (13th Feb) looking for any information on the matter. We were told to leave your number and we would be called back and updated. FALSE We never got a call back. Nor was their anything in the mail. 20 Fsb we call back again and asked for an update. We were told that we will call you back with an update. The potential of a lost fax. But we plan to call our owner in Chicago for an update. FALSE. We never got a return call. We again called back up to them on the 21sr FEB. Ask for the manager in Chicago to call us back. Instead we received a call back from the same individual that stated that above responses. We ask why we haven't been given any follow ups since the 6th of Feb when were told to that we should request an IRS pin. In closing the customer service and follow up responses are subpar. Being so close to a Miltary installation the experience is poor. I would not recommend this location at all. The price to compete the service is more expensive than online. And for the services rendered horrible. Did not provide accurate information on the requirements to file. Their goals are opposite of providing truthfulness in the appointments inquires. That is when this horrible review turned into a good one. Charles was awesome and professional. He got us out in less than hour.
