I had a mishap with signing up for the wrong location via ClassPass (which was completely my fault)…read moreand when I left a voicemail to let them know that, the owner Cindy texted me kindly offering to come to a later class. I was busy that night but the fact that she went out of her way to accommodate me even though it was my mistake is stellar customer service. I have been to the other location for Pilates numerous times and now that I know how committed the ownership is to taking care of clients, I'll definitely be back to both.

I bought a 10 pack class package with them and was actually thinking of becoming a member. Well, that won't be happening anymore. I just finished a Pilates Reformer class and I was sitting in the waiting area putting my shoes back on and their owner comes out scolding her front desk employees stating that their Pilates instructor should not be mingling with the front desk employees and continued to state that if she catches it again that she will start firing employees. Mind you, there were a few of her clients/members that were out in the waiting area. How unprofessional can you be?! She couldn't keep that conversation behind closed doors?! Oh and that wasn't the end of it. She continued her tantrum when one of the member asked if she was Cindy (the owner) and she answers stating, "just email me." Did not even asked who is speaking to her and did not even bother looking at the person talking to her?! I was horrified just sitting there watching all this unfold. The audacity and rudeness she presented as the owner of the place?! It gave me such a bad taste of place!!! I have been in the Vegas fitness community for a while and never have I seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism especially from the owner! There are a lot of other places and competition in Vegas and for her to display such attitude, I will not be giving her my business again! I come to these studios to destress and not be part of such toxic environment.

First, the pool was closed and walled off. Then the steam room stopped working and was shut down. Now the sauna -- one of the last remaining amenities -- is in terrible condition and has been neglected for weeks. There is a thick layer of dirt, debris, and bacteria buildup in the sauna that has clearly not been cleaned in a long time. It is visibly unsanitary and completely unacceptable in a space meant for health and wellness. On top of that, several of the wooden boards are broken, creating a dangerous trip and injury hazard. These boards have been damaged for weeks with no repair. Members are paying for a facility that is not being properly maintained. Cleanliness and basic safety should be non-negotiable, especially in high-heat environments where bacteria can thrive. See attached photos showing the layers of dirt, trash, and broken boards that have been left unaddressed. This is one of the worst gym maintenance experiences I've had. I hope management takes immediate action to restore cleanliness and safety for its members.

My husband and I have an extremely busy lifestyle with work and kids. The program Nick has put together allows you to manage your life AND stay motivated on finding your BEST you! A huge difference from an every day (or 5x weekly) gym visit. We can manage my time with him AND "home work" as I can fit it in (without getting overwhelmed)...AND get the results we want. We only continue to maintain our other gym memberships due to the kids, BUT we are considering canceling those memberships all together. Nick is great for weight loss, better habits, and maintaining goals. Give it a shot, your only regret will be staying on the couch :) Get up & and come sweat with us!

Got it -- here's a short, enthusiastic, Google-friendly review with a personal touch and coach…read moreshout-outs: I've been coming to this F45 for quite a while now, and it's truly the coaches that make it such a special place. Coach Jay is an absolute standout and a huge asset to the studio. His energy, motivation, and attention to form elevate every class, and he has a way of pushing you to do more while still making you feel supported. Huge shout-out as well to Coaches Michael, Devany, and Abby -- each of them brings something unique, and together they create an encouraging, high-energy environment that keeps me coming back. I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.

I'd noticed Stretch Labs popping up and remembered how amazing assisted stretching feels after a tough workout, so I figured it was worth a try. They offer a great intro special: 50 minutes of assisted stretching for $59 (first-time clients only). If you love it, there are several monthly packages depending on how often you'd like to go. All I can say is wow. My flexologist, Bre, was fantastic. Yes, there was some discomfort during the deeper stretches--but it was that "good pain" that lets you know it's working. By the end of the session, roughly 40-50% of my back pain and stiffness was gone. Just one visit and I already feel dramatically better. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend giving Stretch Labs a shot if you're dealing with tightness or minor tweaks.
