Living a sedentary lifestyle, (behind-the-desk employee), I was afraid of joining this challenge. I started with Nick about 4 months back, being that I just had a baby I was very doubtful on wether I would personally see much as far as results go... But boy was I wrong! Not only am I seeing results but I feel better. My son is now 9 months old and I'm 6 lbs away from being at my pre baby weight!! Im on my second set of 6 weeks with Nick at Game Changer LV! Everyone there is so motivational and helpful! I never thought I would be where I am now. My first 6 weeks was not easy as I'm not someone who works out very much. Now I have kind of turned into a workout-aholic! I love this gym! The morning class starts at 6am and it works perfect with my schedule. I can look forward to getting my workout in before work and not have to stress about being too tired after work.(Which is great!) Nick is motivational, he's an amazing instructor, he's informative, and he pushes me to believe my goals are attainable!
