Figured that this would be a great experience since it was hard to get my first appointment. Have a golden retriever with a really bushy coat who prefers to be shaved down. Exceeded my wildest expectations. The entire staff there is wonderful, especially Dee who has a fondness for Golden Retrievers. My dog loves it there and looks great. I get stopped constantly when I walk her from people who want to know where she gets groomed. Can't say enough good things. read more

Angel Lee loves Dee's! The Staff: Everyone is very friendly. Paris asked all the right questions to ensure Angel's grooming met my expectations. It was Angel's first real grooming at this location. Nancy was warm and friendly and I loved how they had already remembered Angel's name. All the ladies are very caring with the animals. Pricing: Anyone who has a fur baby knows that we will go above and beyond to maintain their happiness. The prices are competitive but very moderate considering they are based in Sandy Springs. Angel's full groom including tip was under $100. Location: the location is easy to navigate and their is signage posted on various sides of the building. We are absolutely crazy for Dee's!!!! Not only do they do a fabulous dog grooming, but they take extra care with my special needs pup. They have been grooming him for a while now, but he got sick early this year. When he ultimately lost his eyes, they made sure to expedite him through each time so he would have as little confusion and anxiety as possible. I will not be going back here due to how rude their receptionist has been on multiple occasions. It's not acceptable the way she has talked to me several times. It makes me sad as they have the most incredible groomers, but just because my dog is a little nervous there does not warrant the way this woman has talked to me and told me how horrible my dog is. They even took the time to learn what training protocol we use to make grooming easier and now our pup is way more comfortable. He's not small either and they're so good with him! Dee's Grooming is the best of the best when it comes to dog grooming. My Shih Tzu, Tybee, hates the groomer and typically leaves me a surprise mess after I pick her up from the groomer but not with Dee's! She actually kisses my nose as we walk out the door! I had to call in to reschedule an appointment at 9pm on a Monday and they answered my phone call! I was hoping to get the machine but Dee answered the phone! Above and beyond customer service! Paris has been grooming Tybee for months and I couldn't be happier. She is very receptive to my requests and always gives my little girl the perfect cut every time! I used to drive 37 miles just to come to this groomer, thankfully I just live down the street now but trust me, it's worth the drive! I can't rave enough about Dee and her staff. From the moment I called to book an apt, the receptionist was kind and helpful. Then, when I first brought in my puppy Waffles, who is a mini Goldendoodle, I was very cautious bc I knew exactly what I wanted him to look like. He only needed a mini groom bc he was still so young (4 months) and when I got him back he was so happy and extremely handsome! I've taken him back 3 times for larger grooms. Every single time they knock it out of the park. He is always the MOST handsome Goldendoodle around and everyone asks where I take him. Yes, I did start defending myself especially when you let your grown son get in my face. If I were a man he wouldn't have done that. You manager is disrespectful and when I came to discuss this with you. She basically told you to shut up and she would handle it. Be a leader, your staff was screaming through the shop. Dee's was a wonderful experience for my almost 1 year old Standard Schnauzer today! The photo of my pup on the grass is the "before" picture and the other two are "after". I felt like the staff there really care about what they do and they showed a sincere interest to another client while I was there. They listened carefully to what I wanted and did a great job! I will be coming back! Just an FYI- plan for your dog to be there most of the day because of the attention to detail that Dee's delivers. The shop was very clean, and when I picked up, 3 other dogs were being clipped at the same time and none of them showed any signs of anxiety. All were completely calm and content. After two visits for my two tenacious terriers I am very satisfied with Dee's. Easy to get in and out. Easy to park. Very nice staff. Doesn't cut their nails too short which I appreciate. I took two small (17lbs) terrier mix pups there after seeing all these great reviews and I will never take them back. I SHOULD have called at the time, but life is busy and there wasn't time. 1)way over priced/over charged! they charged us the TOP of the pricing scale for basic cuts for terrier mutts that are both small 2)horrible hair cuts! it looked like they didn't even finish cutting both dogs. For weeks we found spots of really long hair that was just 'missed'. I could have done better with scissors and a blindfold. I'm not even exaggerating. A child could have done a better job. Everyone there was very very nice. But apparently they couldn't have cared less at the job they were doing. I've had dogs for 2 decades and have never felt so ripped off by groomers. I was shocked at how much we paid for such bad services. read more

It is hard to find someone to trust with my doodles hair as he hates being brushed, but they have always done an incredible job!! I brought my 4 and a half month old Goldendoodle here last week to get his nails trimmed and to get shampooed. This was my pup's first time going to a professional groomer. The gal I spoke to said they were going to do a mini grooming since it was his first time and when she said that included trimming his face I very specifically told her I did not want his face or his head trimmed at all. The only trimming he needed was around his paws. We want to keep our dog shaggy. When I picked him up he looked like a different dog. They trimmed around his eyes! I could't believe it! I am so furious. I'm so disappointed because they had such great reviews. I hope I can find a place that will groom my dog the way I want him the be groomed not the way they think he should be groomed. read more
