Not only is this location far more convenient for us, but the staff has been consistently kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we walked in. Our dog, Simon, is usually the one who tells us how he feels about a boarding facility--his demeanor at drop-off and pickup says everything. He was happy going in and just as happy coming out, which speaks volumes. The team followed his medication regimen exactly as instructed, and when we called to check in during our trip, they immediately knew him by name and offered honest, thoughtful updates about his personality and behavior (he's more of a relaxed observer than an active playmate, which they picked up on right away). To top it off, the bath he received before pickup was excellent, and they even gave him a much-needed trim around his eyes--something we didn't expect but appreciated immensely. We feel genuinely cared for here, and Simon clearly does too. Dunwoody Pet Resort has earned our trust, and we'll be using them until further notice.

Exceeded my wildest expectations. The entire staff there is wonderful, especially Dee who has a fondness for Golden Retrievers. My dog loves it there and looks great. The directions given to the owner could never have been conveyed to the person who cut his entire body at 1/2" length or less, including his face, tail and ears. (No, his hair was not matted). He looks like a rat. And a surprise increase in price to $95. One can only imagine what his experience must have been. Never again.

I saw 20% off dog treats sign and I asked the owner which ones were 20% and he stated the sign was wrong and that nothing is discounted right now. I said I would like a receipt for my transaction and he then tells me that he would have to email it to me because he does not have paper receipts. He was unable to email me immediately so I verify the amount and might take a few hours!!!!. Everyone I've encountered who works here is very nice. My dog is pretty anxious and can be very…read moredifficult, but they do their best to bathe him. They haven't been able to clip his nails, but I know they're trying. I like that they don't overbook and my dog doesn't have to be there for hours at a time, waiting in a kennel. The bath takes 30-45 minutes. We've taken him there 3 times now. The most recent time, he didn't smell as good as he did the previous times. But usually he smells and feels great. We'll keep going back! They did offer to do his nails on a separate visit so that his anxiety wouldn't be so high by the time they got to his nails. I appreciate them finding solutions and being so willing to work with me!
