Dee's Grooming is the absolute best! I have been taking Bella, my 1-year old Goldendoodle to Dee's since she was a little puppy and she gets so excited to see the staff at Dee's Grooming. Bella sees Carly at Dee's but everyone at Dee's is amazing and they are so friendly, professional and talented at what they do! Bella always looks beautiful when I pick her up and everyone compliments me on how cute she is everywhere we go. :-) Bella loves going to Dee's because they know her name and are so attentive and sweet with her. I love this groomer for many reasons. They're professional, kind, and do an amazing job on my big dogs. Especially my golden retriever. They found a lump on him and alerted me to it. It had to be surgically removed. If they had not caught it, it would've been life threatening to my pup, per the vet. They are amazing and I highly recommend them for any pet grooming! I'm giving this place 5 stars because I can't give them 6 stars! I'm always happy with how my yorkies come back looking, smelling, and acting. They never come back acting stressed or frazzled from the experience, which has been a problem in the past. The place is extremely clean and organized. Everyone is super professional. I moved back to Atlanta 1 year ago & searched desperately for a groom salon for my 11year old Border/Terrier mix , Ross . I have a hard time leaving him for couple of hours at a place not familiar to him or myself . Well, I definitely didn't feel this way with Dee's Grooming Gallery. They made us feel welcome & special . The staff is amazing . Friendly, loving & very professional . The first time I picked up Ross, he looked like a puppy . We got so many compliments on his haircut .. I can't express how happy I am for finding this place . Also a great price!!!! Bravo, Dee's Grooming Gallery! I have been using them for 10 years to my great satisfaction. They groomed and cared for my havanese and always cut her the way I asked and accommodated any special requests I may have had. We now have a mini labradoodle puppy. I would have not taken her anywhere else! The entire staff worked with her for several weeks to prep her for her first grooming, which took place this week at 7 months old. Her cut is perfect. Carly, Dee, Jess and Paris were all so patient with Sammi, praised her when she behaved properly and treated her as if she was their own dog. Thank you for your great service, Dee and staff. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I could instantly tell they actually cared about the the dogs they were grooming, had an appointment at 10am and they were done by 2pm; service speedy and top notch; I didn't even really have to tell them what I wanted for the dogs; its like they knew how they would come out looking great, dogs smelled fresh, happy, and comfortable...best of all no cuts or nicks or any damage. (I always worry about small dogs). I will recommend this place to my friends. read more

Dee's goes a great job and are very friendly to deal with. I tried 3 others before finding Dee -- I would highly recommend. Only downside is they are a little busy and therefore slow -- can take most of the day. I'm used to 2.5 hours max in northern VA. Regardless, they are great! read more

This was our first visit and Brownie came home looking amazing!! He was trimmed just as requested and the time and care taken meant a lot. We will be back in 6 weeks!!! Great customer service & they even did a thank you follow up call. Social distancing was in place, they offered curbside drop off and staff had masks on. Very friendly environment!!! read more

The groomers are very good and gentle with my sensitive Maltese. He is happy to visit and always has a cute hairdo. Price is reasonable.

My dog will not be going to Dee's Grooming Gallery ever again. Whoever groomed her did a horrible job. I have a Labradoodle; she did not come out looking like a Labradoodle. The hair on her head looked like a flat-top, not to mention her entire head was cut 2 inches longer than the rest of her body. She looked like a bobble-head version of an alligator - NOT GOOD. I have been there a total of 5 times (this happened the last time), and they have always charged me around the same price. However, this last time they charged me a good $40 more than normal and told me it was what they have always charged me. Complete fabrication! I am extremely dissatisfied with my last experience at Dee's, and will NOT be going back. read more

I tried out Dees after seeing a beautifully cut schnauzer while out for a morning run. I asked the lady where she went and she said Dees. I made my schnauzer's next appointment at Dees and was very impressed with the experience. Everyone there is friendly, nice and very loving toward my dog. The groomer, Jessica, asked great questions to understand exactly what I was looking for and set expectations up front. I felt my dog was in good hands when I left. When I returned, he looked great with smooth transitions between the short and longer looks. I will be back! read more

I took my Aussie there after seeing all the 5 stars but was horrified with what they did to her! We specifically asked for a mini groom and a trim in just a few areas, but she got butchered. She doesn't even look like the same dog. They obviously don't know how to groom Australian Shepherds so be very careful with asking them experience about your breed. They ruined her beautiful mane. I just hope it grows back correctly. Not to mention it was extremely expensive! read more

Excellent grooming and excellent service! I took my pup to the Smyrna location in a desperate attempt to find a FRIENDLY groomer who would do a great job. I'm happy to say I found an awesome place. The facility is clean, and well designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, which was much appreciated. My dog came out with a GREAT cut and was a very happy little guy. When we moved to Atlanta two years ago, we tried a lot of groomers on a quest to find our English Springer Spaniel the perfect place. It wasn't until we came to see Dee that we realized our search was over. Morgan always looks great and smells great when he leaves and Dee always tries to accommodate our requests. I guess you could say my wife and I are somewhat discerning what it comes to how Morgan looks, and she always does a fantastic job. Of all the other groomers we've tried in the area, Dee is by far the best. read more

The ladies at Dee's Grooming Gallery are amazing! We were bringing our mini goldendoodle puppy named Humphrey in for his first haircut, and they couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. He was a little skittish at first, so they let us bring him in for 3 "shadow days" to let him get used to the people, process etc. before actually cutting him. It must have worked like a charm because the ladies said Humphrey did great for his first cut. They even took a couple pictures and videos for us of his first haircut and sent them to us so we had them for memories! The people are amazing and they did an absolutely terrific job with our little doodle's haircut, as you can see in the before and after picture. 5 stars, can't wait to bring Humphrey back! read more

My fiancé and I took our 1 year old Shi-poo puppy, Skittles, to Dee's Grooming about 2 weeks ago. We were hesitant to take her to another groomer because we had a bad experience with her first time at PetSmart (our pup got an infection from an open cut during her hair cut, they hadn't told us she got cut). But after speaking to the ladies at Dee and seeing all the wonderful customer reviews, we made a full grooming appointment. Everyone was very welcoming and informative of what she would be experiencing, and how the dogs don't stay in the crate very long during the process. The facilities are clean and don't smell and they will answer all and any questions. They even sent us a "Thank you" card in the mail after her visit which was a very nice touch. Overall, you won't go wrong sending your dog to Dee's. Try them out you, will be going back for sure! read more

Took my baby here because of good reviews....but unfortunately my experience was not all that exciting:( my yorkie had cuts on his teticles (He started licking that area as soon as we got home). His face/around his eyes usually gets covered by his fur so i asked for them to trim but i didn't see any difference when i picked him up. read more

Dee's did a great job giving my Lhasa Apso his summer cut. I was a little worried about his temperament but explained he's not crazy about his paws or ears being trimmed. Very happy during pickup to hear he got a wonderful report. read more

After trying four groomers around the Buckhead/Sandy Springs area (most of which I left in tears), we have finally found THE BEST in the business!! Dee and her wonderful crew are the most professional, attentive and caring group around. Our pup is a rescue mix (golden retriever and wheaten terrier) from Angels Among Us pet rescue - which I also highly recommend. His coat resembles that of a golden doodle so finding a groomer that knows what they are doing has been a bit of a challenge. Past experiences (mentioned above) have found my dog shaved down to his bare skin which was an option I never agreed to do. We were in a jam, it was a Saturday afternoon, and needed to get the pooch bathed in a quick hurry - I called around to several places with no luck at all. I came across Dee's Grooming in Sandy Springs on Yelp and decided to give it one last try and called; not only were they welcoming, but, they were able to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday afternoon when no one else could! Kim, the receptionist, is super polite and friendly, she understood and quickly got us scheduled for the bathing, and in no time, our pooch was ready for pick up-- fast, thorough and convenient-- they were lifesavers, and now, i will be referring all of our friends to them and making our bath-time appt in advance- they are a great team over there at Dee's Grooming! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT DEE'S!! We had a surprisingly pleasant experience at Dee's, dogs included! They were getting their summer shaves since it's already so hot, and Brenda made what could have been a very traumatic experience a really good experience for them. She was SO sweet with my little scaredy cats and she did SUCH a good, thorough job. My 3 pups also received a sweet note from Dee a few days later. Such a sweet touch! I will definitely be back, they are wonderful and I'm really enjoying a furball-free house for a change! read more
