This is now the third time I've had an appointment where I was left waiting at least 20 minutes past my scheduled time. I completely understand that things can run behind occasionally, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating--especially when I've made an appointment for a specific time and have planned my day around it. If you consistently need more time between appointments, then the appointment times should be scheduled accordingly. Customers shouldn't have to sit and wait 20+ minutes every single time. Absolutely ridiculous.

She came out of nowhere" not once did she speak to me, she just walked away. I was taken back. I politely stated who my service was with and that I was ready to check out. Once my stylist came up she was able to get the other girl to check me out. I still paid my service, tipped my stylist because I was happy with her service just completely disappointed and disturbed by the front desk. In order to get it straightened out, she had to go to another hair salon and the woman she went to asked if she went to a beauty school to get her haircut! When I complained to the owner who had cut my daughters hair, all she said was come back in and I'll fix it. You can't fix something you chopped up! The least, and I mean the very least you could have done was refund the money.
