She was quite moody as well, did the mare squeal and threatened to kick. Honestly she has never in the 14 years I owned her, seen her act the way she did. She's older, possibly has arthritis sense she's hesitant to lift one leg. It was cold at night and arthritis symptoms finally at the age of 23 showed in her. Mr. Cortez was quite patient with her, remained professional and got the job done. Another horse has foundered this past spring and he worked well with him. The quality of his work was great and he was able to walk without a limp, improving the quality of his life. I would recommend him.

I let him know my pig had trouble walking for months afterwards. He was responsive, tho partly wanting to blame his weight. No, he was/is not overweight, and I do not believe in giving any of my eight pets junk food. I told Sean I'd get back to him mid December. Well, I did on January 4th, no response. Why? Because I let him know I will, not be fixing what isn't broken, but also, I am looking for a home for my boy Murphy. I explained I have a debilitating birth defect and my pig is becoming too much for me, and I have ZERO help here. Murphy deserves to be happy, healthy and free. I told Sean reaching out to some I knew, one response was to EAT HIM. I realize many shelters are bombarded now with fires. I have contacted many here in California before the fires started. Only one responded PRE fires. Sean, not a single word, despite seeing he read my text that very same day. Absolute TERRIBLE customer service I never expected from him. But because he chose to ignore me and my beloved boy, he no longer deserves 5 stars. Working with animals should come from the heart, not only the wallet. To think I took the time out to add him on Yelp and not even a response on the 5 star review or my text. May he rest in peace.
