They required us to get there 30 minutes before the tour. We got there at 9:30am, but the tour did not start until 10:30am. We waited for an hour before we can get on the back of the horse. This place is pretty private. We will have to make a call at the gate, so the staff can buzz us in. Parking structure is small, and it gets full fast. Staff was not too friendly unsure if they get burnt out with the tour. The horses looked tired and some of them look sick. My horse kept its head down throughout the ride. The one hour ride is basically sitting on the back of the horse, walking up the trail that we can see the Hollywood sign, and turned around at some point. Not worth the price you pay for.
