Everything was GREAT at my appointment, Dan took a walk in, went outside to their vehicle and answered all their questions. Came back in and scheduled an appointment then continued to finish my job. No worries, he knows what he is doing. After installation I was informed to get a SIM card from Amazon and everything else would be good to go. I went right to Best Buy and bought the card that Dan told me (although I spent more $$, I wanted it to work the day it was installed). Needless to say, my camera's are still not recording. When I get in my vehicle, it tells me that I have to turn off Apple Car Play to record. That doesn't sound right. Plus, I don't believe the SIM card is formatted correctly since nothing has been recorded. I took the cameras down until I was able to go by the shop and ask Dan. I stopped by today and I was told he couldn't help me. It was a 2 week wait to get in. Really? During my appointment you took other potential customers. The amount of time Dan was telling me how booked up and busy he was for the next few weeks and all the other calls he was getting to do installs. He could've looked at my SIM card and I could've been on my way. I already PAID and my camera's are still NOT working. Yes, I left frustrated and I will never go back to Dan and/or Las Vegas Car Alarm for anything else. SUPER DISSAPOINTED! Dan got my money already, he didn't care to help me or that he provided a service that is still NOT working.

He came and diagnosed and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. I also had him install a dash cam and his installation was superb, it works and there's no wires all over the place. Very clean installation. Jesse is very knowledgeable in all things related to electrical installation. He knows his stuff as you can tell by watching him work and does not try to upsell and rip you off. He also does home audio, camera and alarm installation and will definitely use him in the future when needed. The job was completed for the quoted price which I thought was quite reasonable and in the estimated time. A day after the install I asked Terrance to stop by and make some adjustments to the warning light locations. He returned the next day and made the adjustments. Bad choice on my part. Had him work on 3 vehicles at once. First,…read more2021 GMC Sierra. After he worked on it first time I started it the vehicle wouldn't shut off. Everything in the dash looked like it was off but the engine was still running. After uncovering some of the wiring he'd installed I found a bare wire wrapped around a fuse blade that was apparently shorting out the ignition circuit. I had to fix it myself and install the correct type of fuse holder instead of the bogus wiring. 2nd vehicle new 2026 Sierra had him install cameras and some stereo equipment. The camera stopped working after about a week and when I took the new vehicle for its first dealership appointment after he worked on it I was told the OBDII port on the vehicle wasn't working at that foreign wiring had been attached to it so they couldn't service the vehicle. I'm stuck with a camera that doesn't work and a brand new $70k vehicle that's been damaged. On top of all that the guy is now ghosting me and doesn't respond to my requests to fix things. I paid him $900 for the installs. No idea what it's going to cost me to fix if I can even find someone to work on it.
