I will ALWAYS use them over a dealer for my exotic car maintenance considering their staff are trained just as much so if not better than the dealers and they are much more personable then the dealer. First issue was a evap and vacuum line repair in my Lamborghini Urus, they diagnosed the problem and provided all details needed to present the case to the seller to fix. The second time, a fuel pump replacement which would have cost $5k+ from dealer with 3+week lead time while the car sits outside, came out to be nowhere near this cost, literally a fraction of it, and done in a couple days.  BTW this was a massive issue with fuel pump where it was spraying gas under my 10 year old and pooling up...could have caught the whole car on fire and burned my house down, no joke. Set aside the facts, the staff cares and makes the effort to get things done. Their site came up when I searched best audi mechanic las vegas or best lambo mechanic las vegas because I was in a rush, however seeing that they specialize in all european car repairs in las vegas boom, im locked in. I have some brakes to swap out soon on this lambo and Ill be bringing it here. I only wish I knew about them when I had my BMW as this would have saved me a ton on dealer headaches when i was looking for BMW mechanics in las vegas, not to mention best BMW mechanic las vegas reviews which they have, and the BMW dealer doesnt (facts).  If you have an exotic auto, european auto, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini or similar, I recommend going here or you will get jacked around by the dealer. Unfortunately for us, we visited in a weekend day, a Saturday I believe, and the Count himself was not there. We did have the pleasure of meeting his step son, Connor. Meeting Connor brought me to tears! I'll just surmise it to say, I've lost my own son, Connor, to a preventable crash. He was hit by a semi-tractor trailor driver in 2017. One of the main reasons we so desperately wanted to speak with the Count and/or his staff was to inquire about having the staff join us in a custom build in my son's honor. I'm desperately working with our nation's congress to have Connor's Law passed and want to use a customized Camaro to spread the word about my son, Connor's Law, and traffic safety/truck safety on our Nation's highways. The Count's step-son was so amazing to spend so much time with us while we walked around the shop and sincerely inquire about my son and his short life. That truly means so much to both my husband and me! The front office staff also showed genuine care and interest in our reasoning for stopping by. Again, that made my heart happy! All the creations, designs, antiques, and uniques items in the shop truly got my mind spinning with ideas! I cannot wait to speak with the rest of the staff and see if it is a possibility to have them bring our ideas to life! Truly saddened to have missed the Count that day.... I find myself in the unusual position of doing two five star reviews in the same week. My criteria…read morefor 5 stars is they did great and nothing else they could do to improve on. Wanted to move away from 3M film (don't like the purple) and was not crazy about doing Llumar film again. I did some research which seemed to point to XPEL film doing the job. We went with the Plus film which specs to 96% IR and 99% UV rejection. The Plus is a bit more expensive but for us, worth it. While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.

After just a couple of months, I noticed unusual damage on the rear window tint. This struck me as odd, given that I take meticulous care of my vehicle: it only receives professional hand washes and detailing, no one has sat in the back seat, and I have no kids or other factors that could cause wear. I had spotted these defects shortly after the installation but was out of state at the time, so I brought the car back as soon as I could, following their advice to report any issues. The shop inspected it and dismissed the marks as scratches or scuffs from dirt, attributing it to the frameless window design being prone to such damage. XPEL heavily promotes its warranty, yet it apparently covers next to nothing in practice. This leads me to suspect the shop uses subpar material as the issue feels far from normal. For context, I own a Jeep Gladiator that I tinted with ceramic film at another shop it's frequently taken off-roading, gets caked in dirt, and shows zero damage to the tint despite far harsher conditions. When I expressed how much these marks were bothering me, the shop offered no follow-up solutions or remedies beyond the ineffective warranty. Given the premium price paid for this service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations.
