He hired them on a new construction house. They found 75-80 issues. The home builder said they corrected them. We hired them again to verify the list and only about 10 items were done. The builder completed the list and we hired them one last time to verify and all the items were done. Many of our neighbors have had window issues, water leaks because of incorrect flashing and so forth. We have had none. Realtors seem to cringe when they here this company doing the inspection. Just my $.02.

We called them on Monday, with hopes to have an inspection on Friday. Their very friendly receptionist told us that Andrew wouldn't be available, but his son, Edward, would be able to do our inspection. My husband and I were a little cautious at first, because Edward wasn't the one who had been recommended to us, per se. Boy were we wrong! Edward has been very thoroughly trained, and is a true professional. He didn't mind us trailing behind him every step of the way, and even encouraged our questions and observations, never making us feel like we were asking a dumb question. He was a teacher throughout the process, educating us about the finer details of our potential new home!! It was a wonderful process, and we would recommend Griffith Home Analysis to anyone. Obviously the dad isn't the only one who comes highly recommended as a reputable home inspector. His son follows in his footsteps. You won't be disappointed.

I am a Realtor and out of state investor so I have worked with a lot of home inspection companies…read moreover the years. My experience with Jones- Warren Home Inspections was exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone. I hired them to inspect a rental property that I was purchasing and, I had never personally seen so I was relying on the home inspector to give me honest feedback about the property. They conducted a very detailed inspection and then provided me with a full report that included multiple photos of the home. They called me to explain the report and, recommended licensed vendors to help me resolve the issues that came up in the inspection. They also continued to follow up with me until I closed on the property. If you are looking for an honest, professional home inspection company look no further. I consider Jones-Warren Home Inspections to be one of the very best in the business. You won't be disappointed.

This review reflects my personal experience with Ally Property Inspections and the inspector they…read moresent, John Harms. Ally Property Inspections conducted our home inspection on August 19th. John Harms provided a detailed-looking report, and at the time I trusted that it covered any major issues. I was satisfied enough that I even left a five-star review--something I regret now. Fast forward to closing day, October 17th. The very next day I visited the home and immediately discovered a major issue that should never have been missed: a bedroom window with severe water-damage and completely rotten trim. The damage was obvious and in plain sight--my finger literally went straight through the wood. After further inspection, the entire center section of the trim was rotten due to a leaking window. This was not hidden, subtle, or difficult to spot. Yet the inspector failed to note any of it in the report. This oversight is now costing us over $7,000 to fix--an issue that absolutely could have influenced our decision to buy the home. When I contacted Ally, they sent someone out to look, and from there it became a long, frustrating cycle of delays, miscommunication, and empty assurances. I was passed between multiple people--Mike, Lawson, Allen Warren, and finally Bobby McLemore. Each time I was told someone else would follow up. Weeks went by with no clear resolution. Eventually, Bobby informed me that they would not be repairing the damage, insisted their inspector made no mistake, and offered only to refund my $500 inspection fee--but only if I signed a release agreement. This agreement demanded that I: Never post a negative review anywhere Never make a critical comment on social media Never speak negatively to any potential customer Remove any existing reviews And if I violated this even once, I would owe the company $10,000 for each "disparaging statement", plus attorney fees. In other words, Ally Property Inspections tried to buy my silence. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to intimidate me into signing away my right to warn other homeowners. This behavior is outrageous, unethical, and absolutely unacceptable from any company--especially one that deals with something as serious as home inspections. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ally Property Inspections. The inspection missed a serious and obvious issue, the company refused to take responsibility, and their solution was to try to silence me in exchange for a refund. At this point, you're better off hiring a truly independent inspector--or doing the inspection yourself. I trusted them, and that trust cost me thousands of dollars. I hope this review helps others avoid the same situation.
