Within a couple of e-mail exchanges we had an appointment scheduled. The tech, Mike, arrived within the scheduled timeframe, explained the removal process, the warranty, and went to work. Mike is a very nice man and is one of the reasons, that if needed, I will call Kelly's Pest Control again. I think he was at my home for about 30 minutes. Took care of the nests, made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was completed and was on to his next job. The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.
