I think there was 5 of us back there for 20 to 30 minutes(no employee in sight). One guy got frustrated and left and me and the gentleman i was chatting with left. The other couple I'm not sure if they left or not, if I was them I would have. As for the job search, I think you have too many $9.00 an hour people with no interest in Dunhams already. Maybe you should start at the top in this store and re-evaluate your people. I dont think I'd fit in, my interest would definitely collide with what you have now. Cabela's is pricey, but it's quality stuff. You get what you pay for, as I've always heard, and am old enough to know how true that is.
