I've been a loyal Lululemon customer and Sweat Collective member for nearly 20 years, but my…read moreexperience at the Green Hills store has me reconsidering that loyalty. I came in to return two clearly defective items for store credit bc I already purchased the replacements (as seen in my lululemon app). Instead of helpful service, I was told by the manager Collin--repeatedly--that "it's policy" to only do even exchanges, with no explanation. When I tried to express my concerns, he accused me of "having an attitude." Another manager, Brantley/Berkley, then approached in an intimidating manner that made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. He stood watching over me with his arms crossed just to try and intimidate me -- just for returning items that don't live up to their quality! After finally giving me replacements, Collin cut the tags off the new items in front of me, again claiming it was "policy." I've shopped at Lululemon for two decades and have never seen this. When I asked to keep my original tag (as proof of purchase, which I paid for), he refused. I have video of the interaction, and the entire experience felt disrespectful and punitive. Lululemon, this is unacceptable for a company that value ls community, inclusive and basic customer service. Customers deserve transparency and basic respect--neither of which I received today.

I just decided that I needed to stop in the make some purchases for summer with my gift card. The staff were super friendly, and helped me find things in my size if it was not out on the racks. Their selection was great and they had trendy colors for each season. I would also like to say that they are not pushy and I did not feel the neeed to buy anything I didn't absolutely love. I ended up purchasing the ebb to street tank top, swiftly tech shirt in gray, and blue Hotty hot 2.5 shorts. The value of all of these were amazing! I was say if you are in between sizes in the shirts size down, but in the shorts size up!

If you know me, even if through my reviews, you can probably tell I am not much of an outdoorsman,…read moreso Bass Pro Shops is not a norm for me...however, on occasion when I need something relative to outdoor spaces such as grills or accessories for a day on the water, Bass Pro Shops is a go to. And also bringing my nephews here when they visit is always a win, as they entertain themselves for a while with all the fascinating items and the fish tank! This BP is located in Opry Mills, so I am very selective of the times I will go here as traffic and shoppers can go from 0 to 60,000 real quick. My latest adventure here was to pick up a grill I had been eyeing on line for a few weeks. I finally decided to commit and wanted to pick up at the store after laying eyes on it. Upon arriving, I ask associate at the desk where the grills were and she led me right to them. Once I confirmed I was good and ready to make the move, she helped me purchase and set me up for pickup, which was around the side of the building. While she was super friendly and helpful, the warehouse associate was less than on both fronts. He did not speak a word to me and was fairly rough loading my grill. I brushed it off as I was excited, but it was still worth noting. The grill is a house BP brand and so far, I am absolutely loving it! It is a dual grill with half grate and half flattop, which I had been after for a long time. Cost was decent as well. Overall, Bass Pro Shops is a cool spot to wander around aimlessly in, or a useful spot to visit and get exactly what you are after. Again, while I am not an avid outdoorsman, I can enjoy a good BP visit on occasion!

Today T-Bones were $5.99/lb - thinking about it for later in the week. Plenty of chicken drumsticks for about $1/lb. Good enough selection to get by on other basics to knock everything off the list while it is raining and get back home. UPDATE: Stopped in again and grabbed t-bones (found a pack that was closer to porterhouse than t-bone with bigger tenderloin portion). Reasonable size packs with two steaks between $10 and $15. On the return visit - also saw the last chance markdown cart up front with candy that was past their best by dates, all under a $1. Grabbed some Sweet Tart ropes and Crunch bar. UPDATE: It's close to where we're staying so we popped back in as we decided to cook again. This time beef at $5/lb for pot roast and a reload on snacks and soda. Decided on this option over $8/lb ribeyes and $1.79 pork chops (and even cheaper drumsticks).

On Dec. 22, I did my shopping and went up to Lane 4 because the light was on. Suddenly, I hear the…read morecashier in Lane 3 call out to me: "Get over here!" in a very rude tone. I went to Lane 3 and said I thought Lane 4 was open because the light was on. The cashier, Lillian, snapped back: "Yeah, I dunno where she is." I saw signs for a free turkey giveaway and since I had already put my name in, I wonder when the drawing would be held. I asked Lillian, who said with an attitude: "I don't have a clue." Then she called over, loudly, to the cashier on Lane 3 (who had returned) and asked if they had any slips for the turkey drawing. I explained I had already put my name in and Lillian looked rather perturbed, as if why I was asking about it if I'd already put my name in. I paid for my things and left. I got to where the shopping baskets are by the entrance and I hear Lillian shout after me that: "I think we have 2 or 3 more turkeys left!" I'm not accustomed to being yelled at so I just ignored her. I had just started going back to this particular Save-A-Lot store after it was remodeled and I was told they no longer played country music. I started coming back in the beginning of December with my mom who wanted to check out the store as well. We both loved the store, but both found Lillian quite rude. The first time we went, my mom and I were in the back of the store, in the meat department, and we heard Lillian shout from the front of the store: "It's spittin' snow!" I mentioned to my mom how glad I was not to have a sleeping child with me. Lillian might have been enthused about some flurries, but she should learn some self-discipline. When my mom and I were checking out, Lillian yelled at my mom that "the grocery baskets don't go there!" (My mom was in the process of putting hers on the floor under the beginning of the conveyer belt like most stores let you put them.) As Lillian checked us out, I mentioned to my mom how happy I was that they got rid of the country music and were playing something better. Lillian (who I was not talking to,) chimed in with: "Really? I wish they'd play somethin' else." My mom and I both found Lillian not only nosey, but rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When I got back home from a solo-trip to Save-a lot on the morning of Dec. 22, I called and spoke to the store manager about Lillian's behavior. I told her about Lillian ordering me to "Get over here!" and how Lillian didn't have a clue about the turkey contest despite working there, and some of Lillian's other behavior seen by my mom and I. The manager, a young lady, seemed very nice and mentioned she had been manager of the store for only two months thus far. The manager told me that she had gotten complaints about Lillian's behavior in the past, especially about her yelling at people. The manager also mentioned that many of their customers were used to Lillian. I told the manager that just because customers were used to Lillian's behavior that doesn't make it right. I had been in retail for over 30 years and how Lillian's behavior was inexcusable. The manager said they had several visiting managers in the store that day and that they would all speak to Lillian about her behavior. I went into the Cave City Save-a lot on Dec. 28th, not expecting to see Lillian ever again. There was another cashier who checked me out and I inquired about Lillian. The cashier told me that Lillian had requested the day off. I was shocked that the manager hadn't let Lillian go, especially since she told me that Lillian had other complaints about her. And they were playing country again in the store, leading me to believe they started playing it again to keep Lillian happy. I'll be going to another Save-a-lot....
