After being placed in a room and told it would be "just a moment," I sat alone until 1:00 PM. When I finally stepped into the hall to check on the status, as I had other commitments to get to, I was told at 1:05 PM that it would be at least another 15-20 minutes. Expecting a client to wait 40+ minutes past their scheduled time without any proactive communication is disrespectful of their time. What is most disappointing is the double standard in their policies. SkinPerfected enforces a $100 cancellation fee if a client reschedules within 48 hours, yet there was no offer of a credit or even a simple apology for wasting nearly an hour of my day. My time is just as valuable as Shannon's. I waited two weeks before posting this, giving the office every benefit of the doubt that they would reach out via text or email to make it right. Instead, the only communication I received was an automated "robo-text" prompting me to schedule my next session. The silver lining is that this forced me to find a new provider who is not only more affordable but also respects my schedule and doesn't push products with a high-pressure sales pitch. After years of loyalty and multiple referrals, I expected much better.

The real fun begins when you try to get test results or need any help as she is AWOL.You deal with her assistant who does not return phone calls. Dr. Suwan was kind and informative about what options there were, how they differ, and which would be best for what I was looking to achieve (minimize 11's and forehead lines). I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

Anna used a diagram of a face and explained to me her work, how she would inject and prevent that from happening again and what potentially went wrong when the surgeon injected me. Taking the time to make sure I understood is what built a trust that has me following Anna anywhere she goes. From Botox to Juvederm, Anna takes her time and makes sure it is perfect. I tell her what's bothering me about my face, and I trust her completely to do exactly as needed, nothing more or less. My forehead lines disappear but I can still make expressions when Anna does my Botox or Dysport (I like either). She reminds me to stay natural when I ask for drastically bigger lips. When she is almost done with the syringe I put in my lips, she has me check in a mirror to see if I think the results look even and if want Juvederm added to any area in particular. I have never tried to get a deal on Groupon or been lured by a title of doctor since I met her. I trust her completely and exclusively with my face. When Anna started at this spa, I made the 45 minute drive to see her and get the works. They had a great deal on Botox that day. I also had a syringe and a half of Juvederm to fill lines and boost my lips. The receptionist wanted to make sure I got points for all of my injections and helped me sign up for Aspire rewards. I was so worried about how busy she was and didn't want to be a bother. She assured me that the points for all the money I was spending was important and patiently assisted me in setting up an account before she checked me out and charged me. It resulted in a great rebate for my next visit!
