What is extending your life-span worth? What would you be willing to pay to increase the chances that you will live longer so that you can enjoy being with your wife, children, and others well into your senior years? I accidentally found out about the Plourde Institute since I was at the end of my rope to try and lose weight with another "fast track" approach or some new pill - which neither work. After being on the plan for over a year, I am very happy with the weight I've lost and have been able to keep off as well.
