Deep Water Marine delivered in quality construction and attention to detail in installing my new seawall. The materials they used are industry standard so this is not what stands out. What did stand out was the execution. Welded and reinforced attachments back to the existing seawall. Cutting and re-connecting a substantial dock. between the existing seawall and a custom dock box which housed the irrigation pump and electrical. The box was only 18 inches away and I was concerned about it being damaged in the process. Steve Horn said not to worry, and it was untouched in the process. They even replumbed and connected the pump main lines which was not expected and not within the scope of the job. The welded nice couplings wherever they came through the seawall for plumbing and relieving water pressure and for the irrigation line. The transitioned and connected the seawall to neighbors on both sides without any damage to their cement, seawall or property. This was also a concern of mine, but never an issue. They even constructed the seawall ends in a manner which would allow my neighbors to tie into my seawall if they choose to a later time. I watched them install sections of the steel, and how they methodically plumbed level and welded sub-sections ever step. the finished wall which measured 96' is straight and level, and very appealing to the eye. This particular seawall included a setback launch area which required the crew to transition around corners and every corner was metered, welded and metal finished to look like finish furniture. Even where they transitioned to a different height coming into the launch area was done in an expert manner. I did need to wait a bit for them to start, and I was nervous because my existing seawall was failing, and flooding my property. I am glad I waited it out and had Deep Water do the job. Steve was always responsive when I phoned or texted regardless of day or weekend. Very professional and accommodating. I don't typically write reviews, but Deep Water Marine warrants it for a job well done. Thank you!
