I've noticed lately that the other resale shops are getting more pricey whereas this place stays pretty aligned and reasonable with gently used items for sale. They also have cats that free roam the shop and they're very sweet, but if you are allergic, you may want to think twice. Anyway, I've found some really great household items here and some gently used baby items too. Overall, recommend!

We went over what I needed and it was all cut, threaded and ready in 24 hours. We didn't expect the $900 out of our budget but ETNA will always get my business!

Project was whole house window cleaning. The company called the-morning of and asked if they could…read morecome 30-45 minutes early. We agreed but they only came a few minutes early. We went to great lengths to move everything so there was easy access to every window. We even unlocked each window so it would take less time to open them for cleaning. I had to leave the house for 40 minutes. When I returned Brian and his crew of 2 young men were in their vehicles. I walked into the house and immediately noticed that many of the windows weren't clean. Upon inspection, the sills were still dirty, screens which did not need to be taken out were sitting on the floor near some windows and there are scratches in the glass on some of the windows. There wasn't one window that was fully cleaned. I tried to catch them but they were gone. As of this moment we have sent a message to Brian letting him know of our displeasure and are awaiting a response. We hope he follows up & we can give him a better review. August 14, 2025 UPDATE=Hooraay!!! Brian and his crew returned this very afternoon and with many apologies and some cloths, they went over every window and we are now satisfied with the quality of the work now completed. I would recommend Brian with the caveat that you specify that you expect a thorough walk-thru when the job is done. His guarantee can be relied upon.

We used to love KODA Carpet Cleaning. We've spent thousands of dollars with them. Not sure what…read morehappened, but appears they have gotten too big and have lost their "human element" as it relates to customer service. KODA Carpet Cleaning acquired Randy's Carpet Care. We had KODA Carpet Cleaning clean some carpets for ours toward the end of 2023. While the representative was cleaning, we mentioned that we had some gift certificates for Randy's Carpet Care that we needed to use. The representative told us not to use them, as they were in the process of acquiring Randy's Carpet Care, and he'd prefer that we used the certificates with them after they acquired Randy's. We explained they expired soon, and he said not to worry about the expiration date and they would honor them. Fast forward a year and KODA is refusing to honor the certificates. They then tried to tell us there was no way the employee would have known back then they were buying Randy's Carpet Care (which is 100% false -- he was in our kitchen when he told my wife and I this). He also told us how he used to date the owner's daughter and other things. Beyond frustrated with this company. We've always promoted them on Facebook when people are asking for suggestions with carpet cleaning, so it's sad this is how our relationship ended. It's important, though, that a company stand behind what their employees tell someone. You should be able to trust that. As a representative of the company, what the employee said should be honored.
