He was pleasant, and said they were interested. He consulted with my roofer, and sent me to the lumber yard to pick out composite decking colors. He said they would get me a quote the next day. After several days of not hearing from him, I sent a text inquiring about the estimate. He read the message within minutes, and didn't reply. I waited several more days and sent another text just asking for a reply one way or the other. Again, he read it and didn't reply. I'm stumped as to why any company would behave this way. So beware, you may have a pleasant interaction with this company, think things are going well, and they will ghost you for no apparent reason.
