Many places have park amenities, like picnic tables, parking lots, trails etc. There are great places for kids to safely wade and play in the water, plenty of wildlife to see and photo opportunities. Its very wild, be prepared for mud, mosquitos, sticker bushes and the like. This is not a city park.

We were pleasantly surprised to find something perfect for our needs for a reasonable price. No estimate was given for delivery and installation when we purchased, but they said they would call in a week or so when weather was looking warmer to schedule planting. When they called to schedule the cost for the planting was over three times the cost of the tree. We live less than 5 miles away from the business, the tree could easily fit in the back of an SUV, and planting is basic pulling back preexisting stone, digging a hole, planting, replacing weed barrier and stone. Would take a physically capable person less than an hour, but they were going to charge over $700! We wanted to support a newer local company, but this is an unreasonable cost for the time required for the job. If it was a larger tree I would understand, but it is in a 5-gallon bucket.

We have had items delivered in Elkhart and Granger. One load was 11 cu yds of peru chips, they placed them exactly where we wanted on a tarp. Multiple palettes of flagstone were delivered very carefully. We purchased a tiny truckload/ 500lbs of small boulders and were treated the same as if we just spent 10k. Their yard is laid out with lots of room to maneuver around. Their mulch is great quality.

They selected the delivery date, a Friday. That date arrived and mid day came, no phone call, no delivery, so I called to check in and see when they'd be coming. The woman looked up my order and told me late this afternoon, which was fine. Then 4:45 came and I was getting nervous, so I called again, this time a different woman told me a truck broke down and drivers had called off so they wouldn't be able to fulfill my delivery until the following THURSDAY!!! are you kidding me?! No mention of any issues earlier in the day, so wait until every other place is closed for the weekend and I'm left unable to set up a pool for my son. thanks Knepps, way to make a kid cry!
