I would do 0 if possible. Completely unsanitary! The technician didn't even bother replacing the towel of the previous customer. Her clipped nails were just sitting there the whole time. I don't know how this place is open. Not a single one of their items was sanitized or came out of the machine that removes germs. Everything is simply reused without dipping them in alcohol at the very least. Also, to remove previous nail polish they left my nails in a bowl of acetone for about 25 minutes causing them to become extremely dry. I've never been to a salon where they leave them in there for that long, they should've used their machine as well. read more

I was I the salon today 1/1/2024. There was only one other person there besides me . I was there for only a gel polish and it took the girl almost 2 hours to get me out. She did not do want I ask her to do sharp edges and not a pretty job like I'm a custom to. The nail tech had a friend come in while she was working on me and was talking to her the hold time. I feel that was my time and should have been focusing on me. I was paying for that time. Also not the cleanest place. The work station was not clean as I would like to see. needless to say I will not go back. my mistake for going there. For the money I should have been treated better. read more

I had boycotted this place when it first changed owners. That owner has now re-sold so it has went through two new owners. I have met the newest owner and she is an excellent nail tech I would 100% revisit this business especially if you've had a bad experience in the past, there is a new owner. NEVER GOING BACK- I live in this town so I have been into Hanna, 3 three times with progressively worse results each time. I don't like to do bad reviews but customers need to know. My first mani, my fingers hurt for two days afterward. The second visit was just a mani again. A little better but the shape of my natural nails wasn't what I asked for. The cuticle was not shaped right against my skin. TODAY I really needed a mani and pedi. I gave it one more go. What a mess! S & S is the best coverage for my finger nails because they are Uber-thin naturally. I needed a fill and to get them shortened. The shape is better but my fingers hurt, again. She cut me twice this time. My toenails are a sloppy mess. $83.00 for a gel pedi and mani of S & S. A picture is worth a thousand words. read more

My daughter and I both had mani pedi yesterday by the only female nail tech. Glitter polish used as vase coat left nails lumpy and unprofessional looking. We came back the next day for fix, polish looks much better, wish the 2nd visit would have been friendlier. The same tech was very rough, having the polish removed was painful. Very much made to feel in the way and had other customers told they were sorry they had to wait because of us. read more

Hannah is rude and very short with her clients. II was with my mother while she was getting her nails done and she was extremely short and rude with her customers. I assumed maybe she was just having a bad day so I went back with my mother the next time and it was still the same thing. She does not have a good bedside manner and should not be in business if she can't have a better attitude and more patience than i witnessed in her shop. read more

Loved it! Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer but you can by the picture that the daughter peeled off the gel polish. Gel polish is thick and lasts for weeks. It will not just fall off, but I have peeled it off like that before. As for my visit, there were 3 of us and it was wonderful. We got gel manicures and gel pedicures. The staff was very friendly. Took us forever to decide which color we wanted. They were very patient with us, especially with my aunt who has dementia. They took their time and did not rush through like some places do. Love the hand and arm massage! We even ended up getting brow waxes. The place was nice looking and clean. Prices were the same as everywhere else but the friendliness and relaxing atmosphere has made this our #1 spot to go. read more

The worst nail experience I have ever had. I asked for manicure and to review my gel nails. They only painted my nails and it looked like a 3 year old did it. I had to ask to have the extra nail polish all over my hands removed. I will never return!! read more

My wife and daughter visited this establishment for a day of relaxation and mother daughter bonding. They received nail treatment and had them painted which all seemed great until an hour after they left the nail polish began falling off there fingers. Upon calling to speak with management they returned to correct the issue. That's when it went very bad. The lady grabbed my daughters arm and began to snatch her to the seat causing my daughter to be afraid and began to cry. So my wife requested a refund and as she did that the owner which was a gentleman began cussing her calling her a b!%#* among other very vulgar words.
