The treatments are efficient, and I appreciate how they let me get comfortable in the laser room before starting. After just two sessions, I've already seen fantastic results! Kendra, the office manager, was incredibly sweet and reassuring during my initial consultation. As an African-American woman with deep brown skin that is prone to ingrown hair, it was important for me to know that their lasers are effective for darker skin tones and Kendra made sure I felt confident in my decision. Laura, my laser technician, is also incredibly sweet, kind, patient and affable. It was a little awkward at first having to bear it all but with Laura, it's a no judgement zone. I feel safe knowing that she is also a registered nurse who can handle any situation. If you're considering laser hair removal, I highly recommended Milan! I was running a little late due to traffic accident and Mariko was very understanding. The place is very clean, cute and cozy. When I got there, Mariko offered me coffee, tea, or water which was nice. She also did my consultation and made me feel at ease with the whole process since this was my first time. She was honest too and helped me pick the proper treatment for me instead of just trying to get me to spend more. Since I do have dark hair, she explained my outcome will be more successful than someone who has light hair such as blonde or red hair. She also answered all my questions and was easy to talk with. I decided to go through with doing my first treatment and it was a lot better than expected. There's a package deal that includes 5 treatments which I booked. I also got a 10% discount for being a student which was a nice surprise. Mariko was amazing and talked me through each step and I think her techniques were so good which also made it not so painful. She explained both machines to me prior and did a sample test on herself before doing it on me. Most of the spots didn't even hurt, and the laser felt like hot air. The parts that stung it was really quick and she placed an ice pack right over which helped a lot. I did my armpits, brazilian, and lower legs and whole process took about an hour. She was very professional and I'm happy she was my laser tech. She also gave me some aloe in case I had itching afterwards, which I didn't, and sunscreen samples. I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen. Do this in the winter with sunscreen but my facial turned out really beautiful on me I would def do that again. It is a bit far from me but they have amazing service extremely professional. I wanted to wait to write a review but they deserved this review.

I wrote on the electronic form they sent a day before my appointment that I was pregnant. Disclaimer, that if you speak with your OB GYN and even most spas, they are willing to give hydrafacials to pregnant women because it is not harmful to the baby. Just Google it if you don't believe me. However, it is at the discretion of the salon as to whether they will do the facial or not. For this particular salon, the owner did not tell me she had an issue with performing the facial until I arrived! And as I'm about to walk into the room, she says "I will do another facial on you but not the hydra facial because you are pregnant." Listen, if you don't want to perform the facial because of liability or whatever your reasons are that makes sense, but please be professional and call me ahead of time. Don't try to give me a different facial I don't want and make me drive 20 minutes in the middle of a week day to then deliver the news so you can at least get some money out of me. I thought that was unprofessional. Especially since I had filled out an electronic form stating I was pregnant the day before coming in. The women working there seemed really nice and the establishment was clean but you can't waste customers time like this. It is a colossal disappointment and very unprofessional.
