I was given an appointment with Nicky because they said she has been there a while & I was happy to be meeting someone with experience. When I went in thinking she was going to do the right thing & fix the issue. After about 15 minutes she took me into a room & she wanted to take a picture. She then began playing with the photo for another 15 minutes & final said that my Botox did its job & showed me the picture that she actually photoshopped! I couldn't believe my eyes because the picture made me look lovely with diminished wrinkles that I had come in with gone that fast!! Like a miracle! Also the photo was in color & I deliberately didn't wear any makeup so she could see it didn't work!! She brings in another girl & now there are 3 of us & she starts saying that I should have some other treatment before getting Botox in the future! WHAT!! I have been getting Botox for years & never ever heard such a thing! This whole experience was a nightmare & to treated me like I was stupid was insulting! I have been struggling with losing weight all of my life and at one point I said I just didn't care anymore. However, three years ago, I started getting serious about being healthy. My blood pressure was up and overall health was being compromised. I did well for a time, but over the last year and a half, I have been stagnant. I needed something to not only jump start my weight loss, but also change my attitude. This is when I decided to try Healthy Beginnings. Julie and her staff are always professional, supportive, and willing to listen as well as provide suggestions. Knowing that men lose weight faster than women is frustrating, but even halfway through their program, I am down almost 15 lbs. That's at least one clothing size and it makes a huge difference when you wear riding breeches most of the time. My main hobby is riding horses in the Hunter ring, and this weight loss is allowing me to be a better partner to equine friend. I have a goal in sight, and that's important as I continue onward. Bizarre experience. Had an evening appointment. Was called by the nurse and asked if I could come…read moreearly because they had a cancelation. I told him I was at Costco and was checking out. He said "forget it then". I arrived and had to buzz the door to get in. It was dark outside and felt really weird. I was led by the nurse down hallways and past doors and didn't see anyone. No front desk and no paperwork to sign. I wanted TMJ Botox. I was really nervous at this point. He was shaking so hard as he came at me with the needle. He finished my face and was struggling. He seemed agitated and in a hurry. He had told me he had somewhere to be. After he was done he asked me to pay by pay pal. He was shaking so hard I couldn't capture his QR code. I had to take the phone out of his hand to do it and I was ushered out. Once in my car I called my husband and told him what had happened in case I didn't make it home and was injected with something weird. It was absolutely not worth the experience for the price. Everything was ok, except I felt no difference at all in my jaw, maybe that was a good thing. Will never be back.
