From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm and welcoming. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. The prices are also very reasonable for such a great experience. We always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating spa experience.

Pricey, definitely. I didn't feel any benefits from both services but my husband felt as if he did. I was hoping to bring my daughter, asthmatic Back here to the kids salt room but I had a similar interaction as another reviewer with the owner. She answered the phone when I booked and then also showed me the barcode and just pointed and got annoyed with me that I didn't understand what she meant as she just pointed. All interactions with her made me feel bad about myself honestly. It was very pretty inside and clean and a nice place but for the price and the service I wouldn't go again.

This was my first time trying a 'salt room'. I went in with an open mind, and over the years have…read moretried a number of alternative therapies. On this one, I can't say I'm convinced it does anything. Sure, the overall space is nice and 'zen'. The salt room itself, very 'pretty' with all the various white/ivory/peach/pink/coral/orange shades of the salt walls. The feeling of salt crystals under your bare feet? Nice. Relaxing chairs to sit in. But at the end of the 30 minute session, did I feel anything special beyond the fact that I just 'relaxed' in a pretty room for 30 minutes? No. Note that the salt room can also hold up to three clients at a time, which means they have the potential to charge up to $87 for three people, for just a 30-minute period. That's $174 per hour for a room that's filled with salt. Where no personal or hands-on service is provided...just clients 'sitting' in a room. I guess they also disperse 'saline aerosol' into the room while you are sitting in there. I'm not exactly sure what that is, or how it's supposed to be beneficial to you but then it begs the question...is it the saline aerosol that benefits you and/or some type of 'energy' that is supposed to come from the salt itself in the room? I don't know...I just have to wonder if this salt room thing is nothing more than an (unproved) trend that they are going to milk for all it's worth, until the next wellness trend comes along. When I first arrived and was eventually directed to the room, even though they knew it was my first time there, I was given no real direction or expectation...just told to go on in the room. (Typically you'd expect some type of introductory language...'we pipe saline aerosol into the room...this provides XYZ, etc'). I also found it odd that at the end of the 30-minute session, the woman working the desk simply came to the room and opened the door without warning. No knock, no 'bell' to let me know the session was over...just her, suddenly opening the door. (Typically at personal service places like that, they would knock on the door first, or ask if it's ok to enter, and especially considering I was in the room all alone, i.e., maybe I was in the middle of taking a weird selfie when she just opened the door?) Maybe next time I'll give the infrared sauna a try and see how that goes...but as for the salt room and just sitting in there, I don't think I'd spend my money on that again. It so happens that at the time, I was starting to feel quite sick with a bad cold. Other reviews here seemed to suggest they felt 'relief' from a cold. I felt no difference in anything, after my salt room session.

There were 3 plush chairs in the salt room. It was very bright and warm. The session later just…read moreunder 30 minutes. By the time I was relaxed enough the session was over. I have been going here since before COVID and have done the Salt Cave, IPL, the Oxygen Bar, the Sauna and the Bio Mat and loved every service. It's hard to pick my favorite service because they are all great and have their own benefits. Dawna and the rest of the team are knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel at home. Dawna is great to work to with! It's nice to have such a relaxing and clean place to escape right in our own backyard. I highly recommend visiting! You won't be disappointed.

Not only is the staff amazing and welcoming but the sauna helps my inflammation and their red light therapy room also helps with my skin. Although I would have gladly traveled to get to it after feeling these results. I've already dropped 4 pounds (still working out and eating right) after 3 sessions, which is great because I was stuck for a while. Happy mom here :)

She was able to get us in within the hour. We went for an all over cryo session along with a local session. When we got there we were greeted by Sylvia, and went through the check in process. You are given recovery flip flops to put on, and directed to the locker room where you change into a robe. From there, we went over to the cryo chamber. She explained the process thoroughly. For someone who hates being cold, I was a little scared to do this. The temperature goes down to -120 - -240 F. You are in the chamber for 3 minutes. It goes relatively fast. But it feels so invigorating when you are done. She then explained all the other services the center provides. After she explains them all you want to do all of them! The local cryo session was about 12 minutes. While I was waiting to go, we were able to wait in the Salt room, that is decorated with hanging swing chairs and a lounger. It was relaxing to wait in there until my session. The local cryo session I had on my face and scalp. The temperature did not feel as cold as the chamber but was very relaxing. Left the center feeling completely relaxed.
