Terrible experience dealing with Valerie. Wasted almost a month waiting for kitchen designs and…read morere-measurements to be done. She was "overwhelmed" by basic customer questions. If a design person cannot answer customer questions and gets overwhelmed then there's a real problem. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

While I appreciate the company's commitment to filling voids in my property (we've used them many times before without issue), it seems that one of their employees has also taken it upon himself to fill the air with a void of his own making - in the form of inappropriate and racist comments. He suggested that I hire "Mexicans" to finish his work, and I must say, I was taken aback. In a world where we're striving for unity and understanding, it's disheartening to hear such divisive remarks from a representative of this local company. I'm not sure if this is a new business strategy or an unfortunate oversight, but it is disgusting and needs attention. I believe in second changes, and I hope the owner will address this issue with the appropriate seriousness it deserves. In the meantime, I'll be sure to spread the work about this company's ability to deliver both stone and stone-headed, unsolicited opinions in one fell swoop!

When I called I was told that the pyzique is not being manufactured so the company replaced it with a different style. I have since learned this is NOT TRUE as per discussion with Cambridge company and several other dealers in the area. I feel as though this was a bait and switch and I am not happy about it. How do you not inform a customer that a requested item is being replaced with another? Too late to return since this timing was coordinated with my contractor and there is no time to get the other. Will likely not use this dealer for materials again.

The woman I just dealt with (Saturday November 18th closing manager) was so completely rude, standoffish, unhelpful, dismissive, impolite, angry, passive, mean, confusing etc., The pump I purchased is a 158 gph pt no 63315. To exchange it for the same pump in working order, not blowing rods out of the body of the machine, I was told I had to pay the difference. Not the point. Her passive aggressive nature was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I made sure to thank her over and over less than 3 feet away from her and it was only her and I. NO response at all. I apologized no response at all. Her tone was loud and her demeanor was wildly angry . I have been to this location in the past. This experience was so poor I hope harbor freight tools checks in on the representatives that are the faces of their corporation. Btw the woman at the Islin NJ location( younger curly hair pretty) needs a promotion, a gold star and raise. She is truly a breath of fresh air to walk in to every single time I shop that location. Not this one. Unreal. People it's the holiday season. #harborfreighttools
