I was probably super annoying, changed the design and my mind about 20 times, and yet she still called me, spent time creating great pictures of what we wanted, and always answered emails. Anthony was very quick to get back to me, come inspect the work that needed to be done, and give me a quote. I was afraid the stucco repairs would end up being very noticeable, but they did an excellent job of blending the patches into the surrounding pattern. Once I painted the areas, other than the fresh paint, I can't tell where they are. They also did a great job of color matching the new pieces of stone veneer. We started a 140K pool build in Aug 2023. Here we are Aug 2024 with the job STILL not completed…read more The final payment was demanded before the job was complete and we foolishly released last payment. Now that they're paid, the job has come to a stop. We paid for a pool chiller that is still not up and working correctly - really great now that we are nearing the end of summer! This job was originally bid as a 12 week build lololol! Some delay was a result of nobody monitoring the pebbletec install that was not correct at all (color and finish!) and had to be jackhammered out! Not impressed, massively frustrated and we cannot in good faith recommend this company. We are now having to hire a plumber ourselves and backbill or head to mediation to get the job finished. Not worth the headache. Subcontractors are not solid in any way and you better be around to monitor as the GC does not at all. Also beware- do not release final payment until EVERYTHING is completed!
