We had a lot of weeds and the grass was patchy and mostly non existent. We had a retaining wall that was just loose pavers stacked haphazardly. At the first appointment, we shared our vision with Travis from Always Green, he took measurements, and then he sat down with us on the designs. He also provided an estimate which was very reasonable (we had received other estimates from 3 companies that were all thousands of dollars more). He provided some professional recommendations. In the designs and we agreed for them to do the work and scheduled right then. After he left we iterated a couple times on the design until we got it right. On the scheduled day, the team Xavier, Manuel, Rene, and Juan came and started working building the wall and leveling the yard. The project manager, Tom, also came. I explained the job and walked them through everything we had finalized with Travis. There were a couple things that didn't get communicated from the design team to the builders, but they made sure they were clear with me before starting. The whole process took 3 days. Tom communicated well with us on the progress. Xavier made sure to ask questions if there was anything unclear. Also, they cleaned up pretty well after. There were a couple minor things that needed to be tweaked after, and they made sure to take care of those quickly. Tom provided us instructions on how to care for the yard to make it last a long time. We are very happy with our transformed back yard!

Him and his team were able to get us in next day and did the work quickly and left us with such a transformation! We needed a lot of big bushes cut back by quite a bit and had a Palo Verde Tree that we were unsure if we wanted cut down or just trimmed. He provided us quotes for every option and we ended up going with just having it trimmed. He asked us for feedback as he went to make sure i was left with something i was happy with. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. Naji arrived to discuss the project, and based on our conversations with him, was well-prepared to discuss options. The crew showed up right on time, and the point person on the job, Joaquin, explained the process of removing sod and dirt and installing the pavers--over 1,000 of them. They hand-measured and hand-cut the pavers that created the circular mesa around each tree--they look exquisite. It was a crew of seven, who were perfectly coordinated, worked well together, and hustled to get the job done in the promised timeframe--one day, which astonished my wife and me. Because the job required cutting a number of pavers there was quite a bit of brick dust. Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great.
