However your lack of training, agents who have not a SINGLE DAMN idea of what goes on in an accident process, need to be retrained. I have never ever spoke to a licensed attorney throughout this cursed 1 year. The accident was in 2025, but it has now been a year without a single action that is worth mentioning. It turns out if you get medical treatment at another state from where the accident took place, then your personal medical insurance has to cover the costs. we had to find that out 1 year later from the accident because the case workers barely spoke to us and can not answer a damn question correctly. The caseworkers do not even understand what goes on to be able to explain to you what goes on. I had to send them pictures of medical records myself because they cant do their job well. the hospital sent medical bills to collections because ward law couldnt even get their shit together enough to instruct us on what needs to be done and when. I had to figure this out. now credit scores are ruined due to collections. this whole process was lengthy for absolutely no reason just neglect and misinformation. the way the settlement is divided amongst those in the car during the accident all depends on an overworked caseworker without any medical knowledge having to go through incomplete records of medical EMR records and determining how severe the injuries were between each person in the car. explain to me how someone without a medical knowledge without complete medical records gets to determine severity of medical treatment? key word here is lack of understanding, lack of uniform standarized processes, lack of communication (proper & complete & accurate communication, not just yapping what comes to their mouth just form vibes).

The person who answered was great, however the attorney who emailed back was extremely short. "Hi, the case appears closed. You need to contact the court directly." When asking which court to contact; considering this is two states and two courts, explaining they have contacted the courts directly, and the DMV all giving different information, there was no response back. I did email with questions twice after the initial response with no communication back. It would have come off better for the attorney to state point blank he could not help, didn't want to help etc. I even asked if this is something he didn't take care of (even though there is a whole tab for license suspension on the website) If he could refer me to someone who could help. No response. In looking for law advice many prefer someone to the point. I ended up calling another firm local to me, this attorney with 20+ years experience told me point blank "this is going to be an absolute headache and it's already a mess, not a case I would like to take due to the headaches to come, but this person needs legal help, that is my job, and what I am good at" 2000.00$ retainer later and within just a few weeks, the case is almost wrapped up and license will be reinstated. After reading all the prior reviews I was really hoping this firm could help. As stated in the emails, Florida suspended his license years after a ticket in another state that has been satisfied. He's registered a vehicle in Florida, and cant renew the tags because of the suspension. 3.
