This is a fraudulent law group! BE WARNED! if youre a ward law representative reading this, please use it to better your team and process, you have potential to actually get customers and do well. However your lack of training, agents who have not a SINGLE DAMN idea of what goes on in an accident process, need to be retrained. I have never ever spoke to a licensed attorney throughout this cursed 1 year. The accident was in 2025, but it has now been a year without a single action that is worth mentioning. It turns out if you get medical treatment at another state from where the accident took place, then your personal medical insurance has to cover the costs. we had to find that out 1 year later from the accident because the case workers barely spoke to us and can not answer a damn question correctly. The caseworkers do not even understand what goes on to be able to explain to you what goes on. I had to send them pictures of medical records myself because they cant do their job well. the hospital sent medical bills to collections because ward law couldnt even get their shit together enough to instruct us on what needs to be done and when. I had to figure this out. now credit scores are ruined due to collections. this whole process was lengthy for absolutely no reason just neglect and misinformation. the way the settlement is divided amongst those in the car during the accident all depends on an overworked caseworker without any medical knowledge having to go through incomplete records of medical EMR records and determining how severe the injuries were between each person in the car. explain to me how someone without a medical knowledge without complete medical records gets to determine severity of medical treatment? key word here is lack of understanding, lack of uniform standarized processes, lack of communication (proper & complete & accurate communication, not just yapping what comes to their mouth just form vibes). read more

Had the worst experience with this law firm!! They wasn't satisfied with there 33.3 percent they wanted 5k out of the lousy 10k they got Out of my lawsuit.i was at a light and got rear ended and they said i had to deal with my pain because they couldn't get the insurance to pay for my surgery and they was only able to get me 5k. Now my insurance went up for a lousy 5k. read more

My car accident happened July of 2025.... It's March 2026 and I'm still waiting for my compensation. Every time I call I get a run around , it's taken almost a whole year and nothing yet. I know there are good reviews. I bet these were made at the beginning after signing an agreement with them, based solely on a call from the person in charge of sweet-talking their victims. Worst law firm. They only want money for PIP through medical bills. Ward Law Firm gave me 3 options to check my injuries... Pain Hustle, they are all corrupt. I chose (Path Medical), but they also offered me a loan to cover needs caused by injuries. The loan company name is Path-ward, so The Ward Law Firm and Path Medical had a baby. Horrible Customer Service. It all started great when we first contacted them. Fast forward a month later. Nothing that was said was what it was. Contacting Francisco Selva was impossible. Never returned our calls until I had to request a supervisor or manager. We kept being told they were doing research. We were told there was no coverage for any sue but that the car and medical treatment was covered by the at fault party's insurance and they would handle putting in the claims. Still waiting for weeks, no one came to see the total loss of our car. We had to contact the claims department and finally submitted the photos ourselves and were told the at fault party had no active coverage in place at the time of the accident. The attorney kept giving us the run around and wouldn't give us a straight answer to our questions. Then we come to find out that the insurance paying the medical treatments was never theirs but ours. We were not given a choice. We will never refer them to anyone. read more

Very disappointed. Before you sign the contract, they are very attentive and friendly, but after everything is signed, they never answer your calls or follow up on your case. It's like a treadmill when you call: each call is answered by a different person and they don't even know what it's about. Unfortunately, we usually read those online reviews late. read more

THIS LAWYER IS HORRIBLE. Waste of time. They waited one year to tell me they could not do anything for me because the person that caused the car accident did not have insurance. That's after they instructed me to attend therapy 3 times a week for an entire year since they stated I had a case. Why wasn't I advised there was no case in the beginning, why wait one year to tell me no good outcome for me could come out of it. I wasted one year of my time for nothing. The lawsuit check was taken 6 months ago and they still haven't given it to me they always have a excuse they had a terrible service

I thought I was the only one facing this issue with them but as it seems with these comments I'm not alone I got in a accident over 5 months ago let's just start with my lawyer Stephanie mass is horrible , then they send me to reductions because State Farm acted quick and sent over the money 2 months ago and every day there something new another excuse I call the insurance company and get more answers then them I feel so uncomfortable with them I went through a eviction because of this accident lost my job because ward law group wants to take there sweet time with everything no type of progress I'm so frustrated with them they never follow up with me I always have to call them I thought the company suppose to call the customer And follow up because I am the one bringing them the business if I could right now Ill cancel my service with them and go to someone else, if I don't get my problem resolved in the next few days and offer me a better deal like dropping there 33.3 percent fee because that another thing there not even reasonable with you at least and hear you out to drop a little bit of it they want there money in full so I will be reporting to the B.B.B and going another direction read more
