Have been to the Dejavu in Cherry Creek so I was excited to see it here in Steamboat! I like how everything is organized and displayed. They have a variety of items from sweatshirts, purses, necklaces and other accessories. I found very fun hats there and good quality coats. I do want to mention that Dejavu are donated items that are of a higher quality that are donated to Goodwill so a little disappoint seeing how high the prices are. Most of the fur coats were about $1,000 if not higher. The service was professional and quick- I did not end up getting anything because felt it was highly priced (only thing I liked were a pair of sunglasses that were $200) but as it's in a mountain town I can understand the need for the higher prices. This is a fine store, mostly catered to a modest crowd. Great for basics and designer wear. Reasonably priced but no epic scores on unique items. Good quality items at good prices. This is the best store ever u bought a fur for only 2500 dolars and I was brand new at 4500 so a great deal

This store was a huge disappointment. I found a purse at what seemed like a fair price, even though the clasp was broken and wouldn't close properly. I asked if they could apply a discount due to the defect, but they said no. I decided to purchase it at the tagged price regardless and left it at the counter while I tried on a top. When I returned to check out, the manager informed me that the purse had been sent to the back because the price was "incorrect" and had now been raised by $100. The manager claimed it was a mistake made by a new employee just a few minutes prior, but I had picked out the purse 45 minutes earlier. When I pointed this out, they changed the story, saying it was priced incorrectly that morning. They said that it wouldn't be fair to the consignor to sell it for lower than the agreed upon price, which I get, but they should've still sold it to me for the lesser price and eaten the cost of what was owed to the consigner. It is absolutely absurd to make it a costumers problem when the error was made on the business side. Their lack of accountability, shifting excuses, and horrible costumer behavior were unacceptable. This was a terrible experience and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place. read more

While visiting Steamboat for a wedding we realized we had forgotten my sons dress shirt. Unwilling to go buy a new one we decided to look for second hand store and try to find one. The shop is located in the heart of The town of Steamboat and it is adorable. Very clean, upscale and well organized. The price for a consigned Children's Place button up dress shirt was $6.00. Depending on the date the price seemed to descend by about $1.50 increments. Fortunately for me, I looked in the back of the shop where you drop off your consignment items and to much to my delight, they had a $1 area!!!! I found a dress shirt for my son for the wedding for $1!!!! Among other things! Very friendly staff. read more

A fairly diverse and well organized selection of quality used clothing. You probably won't leave with an adrenaline rush from finding great deals, but you may find just the piece you've been looking for, in good shape and at least less expensive than if you bought it new. A decent selection of women's and kid's clothes, even though I was there at the end of the "season". I found some great items for myself and for my toddler. A plus is the kid's corner -- books and movies -- for your toddler while you shop. Decent prices, as well. The best part about their prices is the tiered structure -- after a couple weeks the price drops, and drops again in another couple weeks. This is common with consignment stores and so glad they offer this. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is some of the clothing has serious wear and/or out of date and shouldn't be sold at all. A big plus is their ongoing fundraiser for a young boy in need of financial help for treatment due to a brain tumor. read more
