I do want to mention that Dejavu are donated items that are of a higher quality that are donated to Goodwill so a little disappoint seeing how high the prices are. Most of the fur coats were about $1,000 if not higher. The service was professional and quick- I did not end up getting anything because felt it was highly priced (only thing I liked were a pair of sunglasses that were $200) but as it's in a mountain town I can understand the need for the higher prices. I realized yesterday they haven't arrived yet and when I checked the tracking info it just said shipped. I contacted their customer service and I didn't even get a response from a person, just a refund confirmation this morning. I don't want a refund, I want the socks! They email me weekly promotional propaganda which probably is true. Finally they sent me an email with a discount. It was National Sock Day 1 week ago. 4 pairs of socks for the price of 3 pairs. I went to their website & attempted to order what I bought at REI. 1) I couldn't find them. So many choices. In addition to size there are styles (at least 5). Then there is thickness. I think that they used another word for it. 2) Keep in mind that their email address is not one of those NO REPLY emails. I write back to them & attach a photo of their sock that I own & want. Their name is woven on it. I say this is what I want. 3) No reply after a week so I phone & am on hold for 10 minutes. 4) SANDY answers. She gives me an email address & says put ATTENTION SANDY for help. 5) No answer after 3 days so I phone back. No answer this time but the computer reads my phone number to me & says they will phone back. No return phone call! I even checked my phone Caller ID since I had to leave for work. I rarely go to REI. MAYBE I'll but their socks (but a much smaller quantity) if I see them at REI. Since then I found a thicker warmer better sock. I am done with their website. I unsubscribed.
