The front of the store is primary eclectic jewelry options in prices from very affordable to a bit pricier. Other accessories like scarves, headbands and turbans, and tote bags and purses provide interesting variety. There are specialty tee shirts and tops and a selection of clothing items for women. Many of the tee shirts have a Christian religious theme. In the back room of the store are specialty baby and toddler items up to 2T. All of the items are unique with good quality. Near the register is a nice selection of baby girl and ladies hair bows, head bands and barrettes. I have purchased several hair barrettes and head bands for my granddaughter as well as some baby clothing and handmade shoes of very nice quality, and some handmade jewelry. My friend found several turbans, headbands and some jewelry items as well. Supporting this small business also means supporting local artisans as well. I can not walk in the store without heading directly to the designer handbags, and the great brands of shoe collections. Many of their items still have the store tags hanging on them. One of the most amazing displays is their beautiful, trendy brand new jewelry. Some consignment jewelry is sold, but most is sparkling new costume jewelry! They carry specific collections of fashion jewelry. A new brand displayed attractively is the "Ginger Snap" jewelry, in which you can interchange the center decorative part of the jewelry by simply snapping it in and out of place! Another beautiful versatile display of jewelry are the lockets with varying designs of see through shapes, which you purchase colorful tiny charms of interest for yourself, or anyone you would like to give a unique gift to! Any other store of this size would be difficult to get around, but all is sorted according to type of clothing: skirts, jeans, dresses, etc. Quality purses are so numerous now, that they can be found on display racks throughout the store. Not only do they have large inviting dressing rooms, shopping carts, a bathroom for their customers, but also they include areas of seating for a quick rest. Notice all the gorgeous formal gowns displayed like flowers throughout the store for some lucky prom shopper. Today my friend of 60+, and I found quite a few spring fashions while her 30 year old daughter, who lives and works in New York City , as a professional at one of the national TV stations, was shopping along side of us , picking out favorites to wear to work at her job in the big Apple! We were simply browsing and did nothing that would justify this level of attention. Being singled out and monitored like this made us feel targeted and racially profiled. It was embarrassing and created a hostile shopping environment. Customers should be able to shop without feeling suspected or judged. We all were watching only two woman at the registers. One woman was working on something, possibly getting a credit application. The sales woman having trouble with the machinery and the second sales woman moving bags, not waiting on the 19 of us. One customer decided to leave the store, leaving their items hanging o the display. It was another 5 minute if the two employees still working with the costumer and her credit application, then the ringing of the telephone started. Then it turns out that the dark haired woman was a manager, telling what turned out to be her trainee to answer the phone after at least 10-12 rings. The trainee listened, but absolutely didn't know the answer from telephone customer, and looked over at her manager, but the manager didn't want to help the phone caller. She was still dealing with the credit application customer. The line now had new line waiters, 22 now in line. It was then I too decided to leave the store. I didn't hang my items on the display, but I did move forward through the line and placed all my items on the counter by the telephone as I still watched the trainee having problems answer the questions without the help from her manager, who was still with the original customer and her credit application difficulties. As I walked out, I decided never again will I waste my time at this store. The thing was, the store was not busy on this Sunday afternoon. The bottle neck was at the check line with four or five registers, and two people supposedly working two of them. This entire time, not one sale was rung up.
