Don't go to Deja Vu at Tijuana it's a Total Rip Off! I went there last Thursday afternoon (1:15 AM) and left there at 7:30 PM. I had a great time with one of girls for 6 hours who I meet before. At the end of the day, I got my bill and the shocking thing is they charged me $800 (American dollars) for 2 champagne bottles (these bottles are priced at $49.99 in the U.S.). Then when I went to pay the bill, they tried to charge it 3 times where my bank (electronically) declined the charges because they (Deja Vu clerk) input 3 cost ranging from $834 to $889. I never had problems with Deja Vu in the past, but what happened 2 days ago made me decide not to go back there! Another added thing, the waiter was expecting a tip of 20% of the bill ($160 American dollars) and for what, he never mentioned to me that the champagne cost is $400 each). read more

This place in shape like a castle which I thought was pretty cool. There was a cover charge to get in and drinks were decently priced. They give you bowls of popcorn to keep you sober so you can drink water that which we liked. The girls here were just OK. No one really stood out to me but there were a lot of girls there. So I'll give it an okay overall. One week after going to the Deja Vu strip club in San Diego I come to the one in Tijuana. I must say, this was a big upgrade as the place had great image and some heart, keyword "some" though. I'll start with the pros. 1. The image - It's great, top notch and very glamorous looking. Like a big fancy castle/casino in Las Vegas so it attracts. The inside is also nice and clean. It's the way you wish the U.S San Diego version was. Bathrooms in the one in San Diego were not so good here it was clean and more fancy looking. The entrance was 10 bucks which is more than the usual for Tijuana but it seemed worth it. 2. Not so much hassle from the staff - Unlike other big-name rivals in Tijuana, you will not be bombarded every minute by a waiter or waitress to buy something. They leave you alone after asking you once maybe twice. The girls do the same. 3. The girls quality and quantity - Most are good looking well taken care of with a few duds like all of these places. The quantity didn't seem like the best however it was not the same issue as the Deja Vu in San Diego. In San Diego there were literally 3 girls, one on stage and two others with the male audience. Here there were more than enough for the whole audience. The problem was there wasn't as much of an audience as in other places, where it's flooded on weekends. The atmosphere was fair but it wasn't because of the ladies. Many people just don't choose this place over Zona Norte's La Coahuila. 4. The vibe - It was still fun for a big place with two floors that was half full. Not all the ladies were showing much energy but it was understandable due to the amount of clientele. There was still a party going on. Now the cons. 1. The prices - It's not that big a deal really when you consider it's owned by Deja Vu. The entrance being 10 dollars (a lot for Tijuana) told me they were gonna charge more than the usual inside too. If you wanna take a lady into a VIP room for some fun, the VIP room costs 30 dollars and the girl charges from 100 to 150 for everything else. That's a lot more than the others which have more variety. Still more cheaper than the U.S LOL but this is Tijuana. 2. Some girls sat down for too long - I understood why some sat down but I felt like some weren't even trying after nearly an hour of not getting up and there were some customers coming in from time to time. The place is everything I wish the U.S version was. If only it were possible. Clearly we have too many rules and some exaggerated ones but that's the thing here, it's in Tijuana so a bit more was expected. I'm assuming it's the prices that have people going elsewhere. It's still not a disappointment as you can actually have fun here. Sometimes you don't wanna deal with a huge crowd running into each other like in other clubs so I can see this being a win for some people. read more

I have been down in T.J.working on the new Deja Vu. Let me say this place is huge. Plenty of room with something like 8 stages. There is women all around you. VIP rooms with massive jacuzzi rubs and rooms for you to get the crap beaten out of you if that's your thing. Go next door for some real one on one fun. A lot of money was put into this old Maya club. People in Mexico really know how to make you feel welcome. read more

I went there this place spent a lot of money on remodeling this place and who ever designed this place should be shot. Music so low unless if you are near the stage, they have no idea what they are doing. Starting from the design of the place from the door to the rooms. The rooms sucks there is no toilet or shower inside the room, but you have to go out of the room to use community toilet or showers down the hall. How stupid is that? But AC works well. I went there with high expectations and it fall short in every category. The girls are so over priced. I can go to HK or Adelitas and I can get 3 for the price of of one at this place. Drinks are priced pretty good. I know it's new but there was only 20 girls there and a lot of them are so old. This place is so badly designed and run. I will not be coming back again and I do not recommend anyone to go there as well. read more

This place is a joke. I went two days after it opened (and it wasn't 24 hours a day like they advertised on their website). It was a Saturday night at 10pm. Approximately 10 girls working. 7 on their phones, one dancing. Nowhere near the 1000 Beautiful Girls and 3 Ugly Ones as advertised with Deja Vu. I went back last weekend again to see if things were better. It had improved only marginally with the number of girls (I counted 16 working with only four on their phones) yet it had also gotten worse. My first visit in was $5 USD door charge (or 100p) and I got a ficha-size Tecate Light (7 ounces). This second time, it was still $5 and the only option was for a shot of tequila of unknown quality - no way to trade it in for something else at the bar like you can at Hong Kong (which, by the way, only charges a cover on the weekend evenings and you get a full-size beer which you can trade in at the bar if you don't like it). I was meeting up with some friends at DV so went ahead and skipped the tequila offering but still had to pay. They did have two girls dancing this time but I suspect they only brought out the extra girl to dance near our table (there was a pole up on the second floor where we were seated) because there were so many of us and we'd already voiced our disbelief at the lack of action in the place. DV really missed the mark here. I'm going to go out on a limb and say they didn't even bother to research the competition in Tijuana, like Hong Kong Club or Adelita or Play Boy. DV is in a REMOTE location from all the rest of the action Tijuana has to offer so they really should be offering something that makes it worth the effort to drive over there as opposed to going to Zona Norte where if you're bored in one club, there's another one just footsteps away. The meseros who work there are super friendly but I have no idea how long this place will stay in business. read more

Went to De Ja Vu with a Mexican girlfriend on her day off to check it out. She forgot her ID so the guy at the door tells me "if you don't pay I'm going to beat your ass" in my ear bc I said I needed change to tip him. The place charges a $5 cover per person on a Sunday night. I got change and tipped him the $2 I was going to anyway for letting her in. She and I go in and she goes to the bathroom. I exit the place and hunt down the doorman that said it "did you tell me you're going to beat my ass if I don't pay?" Instantly tries to retract his statement and said "I never said anything like that, if I did, I'd admit it". I told him "I'd have more respect for you if you did say it and stuck by saying it, since you want to deny it I'll be sitting inside if you way to try to beat my ass". Place sucked, zero customers, only bar with a cover on Sunday night, very few girls, complete rip off. Not even any taxis out front when you leave, have to walk to the street a block away. read more

First of all this place is nice. It looks great inside and out and for the people looking to spend some quality private time with a lady there are in my opinion better room options than the other clubs. The room with jacuzzi is free for an hour if you buy the girl 15 drinks, however these requirements might have been adjusted more recently. Like many others have mentioned both on yelp as on their facebook page the place is not busy. Last time I was there was on my birthday and I came in roughly at 930 pm and stayed until about 1 am, to visit a friend of mine that works there, and besides me there were maybe 5 or 6 other people in there on a friday night. Compared to a packed HK at 3 pm where i started my day. Prices for drinks are somewhat up to par to the other clubs but prices for drink for the girls are more expensive than the Zona Norte clubs. My suggestion for this would also be lower the price to what is standard or even undercut it by an extra dollar. They still make plenty of money on a 7oz mini beer at $8 a pop even after giving the girls their commission for the drink. Waiter also tend to somewhat beg you for money, on my birthday the waiter gave me a story on how a family member is sick and he is trying to make money for his treatment. Now I am a generous person but things like that is a big turn of, as these are also very common stories to separate you from your money. Another thing I didn't really like was that even though i don't expect free-bees but I do expect managers to make exceptions and give out discounts especially on special days. As I mentioned I came there on my birthday and I have been there a handful of times prior to my birthday, but managers were unwilling to give a free upgrade to the VIP room and insisted that I buy 2 bottles before getting the room for free for 2 hours. given that the place was empty on a Friday night they could have done 1 bottle for 2 hours. I would have made my visit there more memorable and by doing things like this it will create a better word to mouth advertisement which this club is in desperate need. There are many plus sides to this place but it needs a lot more business and a lot more girls to actually try to get a crack in to HK reputation. Without aggressive marketing, better wait staff, more girls and special manager discounts or free upgrade to the prime rooms on slow nights this place is going to have a difficult time to stay open. read more
