I stopped using this studio due to bad management. I was a loyal customer that was repeatedly mislead and had situations mishandled. They had to cancel my appointment due to "unforeseen circumstances" and they didn't offer any type of remorse or compensation (the weekend of Independence Day!!!). I then was diagnosed with COVID and placed in quarantine. For their own precaution, I cancelled my appointment and they wouldn't let me rebook until I agreed to pay a cancellation fee. I remind you, I was a loyal, repeat customer and I wanted to rebook my appointment at the same time of cancellation. And lastly, the quality of the lash jobs were always inconsistent. Unless you can manage to book with the same lash artist each session (unlikely), than you had no idea what you were getting. Sometimes the lashes would last for weeks and other times I'd have an entire set come off within 2 days. 2 days!!! I am not a novice to eyelash extensions, and have never had the issues that I have had with Deka Lash! I tried twice, and two different techs. First time, they started falling off immediately, but I at least look presentable for a few days. It was supposed to be 1.5 hours appointment and was less than 1 hour. Second attempt with Deka Lash, again it was rushed. 1 Hour appt. done in 35 minutes. Inadeqaute amount of lashes. And about half fell off within the first 48 hours. Don't bother or spend your money here. You do NOT get what you pay for. read more

What is posted is not the actual price. I got a classic set and it ended up being 200. They also try to shove their eyelash care kits down your throat with th expensive price. Unfortunately they also use extremely thick lash extensions, which are beautiful, but for anyone with frugal lashes they WILL BREAK YOUR LASHES. As in they will cause yours to fall off. No explanation on this and option for thinner ones. They just put thick ones on. They only lashes on my thinner lashes about a week very disappointed. read more

Please beware of DekaLash! I have a membership and scheduled my first fill-in at my initial extension appointment because I wanted that same person again. They changed the person without any notice or explanation. I called the lexington phone number for explanation but calls go to a center apparently. The person I liked was no longer working there. I went ahead with refill but woke up during night and had cloudy vision and crust formed on my eye. I had an eye infection! I had to leave on a flight the next day for Italy. Had to seek medical help at emergency room at the airport, as soon as I landed. I went through 4 prescriptions to get rid of the pain, redness, swelling around the eye and drainage. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, TEXTS or EMAILS! It took me 12 attempts to finally reach someone. They did cancel my membership. HOWEVER- I have been billed for month two and they will not refund any money, even though I requested cancellation and refund of serum no longer useful as it is contaminated! First technician was great and lashes lasted wonderfully. Second one was nice but totally not worth pain and suffering involved. Now I am out over $200 for membership fees still billed to me. This was the worst lash appointment I've ever had in my life and I've had over 500. I was given a 10 minute fill which was a complete joke because there's still several gaps in my lashes. I was absolutely scammed out of $75 from a "master lash artist". I tried calling the salon multiple times but it's impossible to get ahold of anyone there. Do not make the mistake of going here, there's so many better options! You will waste your money and be disappointed :( read more

Bald eyelids by Deka Salon...My niece came to visit from Houston and was wearing dimensional lash extensions, and I wanted that look. I immediately jumped on google and found Deka Lash, and there was a Groupon. I set up an appointment for the big, dimensional lashes. I went with first available, Maddie (there were 3 that worked there). She said she wouldn't have time that day and could I come back next weekend? I was irritated that I drove 45 minutes to be sent home, but life happens. Next weekend went to Lawrenceburg Maddie, since the first Maddie had walked out/quit. Luckily I called, the time written on my card was different than my appointment time, and you will be charged full price for missing. L.Maddie did not do the dimensional lashes on me. I'm not sure why? It's what I paid for, the extra time booked for? But my lashes looked big and fake, just how I like. 3 weeks later I was 15 minutes late due to a car wreck on Nicholasville Road, and Tattoo Maddie said she'd do what she could because she had already told her next client to come in early. I'd called the call center 30 minutes prior to arrival (no phones at the shop) and Tattoo Maddie got the message after I got there. She didn't give me 15 extra minutes to show up, nope. Anyways, the next day my lashes started falling out in clumps. I was horrified. Since I'd joined their club and had already paid for another visit, I went to the one in Louisville. The tech there told me I had a large amount of classic lashes on the ends of my lashes, and they were to heavy. I had noticed the difference in my lashes and my niece's, but I figured they knew what they were doing? The tech told me she was so sorry this had happened to me, and she could put on some classic lashes, but there would be gaps because of my bald spots. Almost all of my eyelashes fell out, and I ended up canceling my credit card so Deka could no longer charge it, going to the doc and getting Latisse. My husband asked me why on earth I did that. My lashes are growing back, and I was referred to a lady at Planet Salon. Basically, I'd gone to the Great Clips version of a lash salon, and didn't do my homework. read more
